They have had my antique radio for 2 years!! Everytime I call, Carl gives me excuse after excuse. Also, he tells me that when tv’s come in to be repaired, that he has to put my expensive radio aside and work on other things. Am I not a customer too? Its ridiculous to have my radio for 2 years, and I have to call him. No updates. Bad way to do business.

Carl from Good Guys Was very pleasant when he first came out But did not want to take my TV off the wall and fix the problem personally my opinion He could not diagnose what was wrong with the TV and just kept making excusesI I would not recommend him to anyone He beat me for $80bucksUnfortunately I had to give him a one-star he don't even deserve that

I broke the input jack on my guitar amp. I ordered the part online but my soldering skills are less than acceptable. I called and spoke to Carl who soldered it in for me the same day. Great job and much less expensive than going to an amp/guitar center for repair!

When Carlie couldn't fix the TV he replaced it with a similar model for the same price as the quote for the repair.

They really are The Good Guys! Carl repaired my 2008 Samsung LCD flat screen TV by replacing the capacitors on the power module, IN MY HOME! He will let you know if the TV is worth saving.

I highly recommend the Good Guys for all Tv / Home Theater repairs. Family owned business is always a plus in my book and they put another gold star next to my opinion. (Experience and honesty). They fixed my Tv issue and recalibrated my old Plasma at no addtl expense.
