They were very helpful and got all my info off my laptop when it failed to update and got stuck. Tony was the one who fixed my laptop and he even managed to save the rubber feet on the bottom of my laptop without breaking them. (Apparently not an easy thing) THANK YOU!!!

Completely Incompetent!!!! Not one tech there knew what they were doing when it comes to fixing an I Phone! The back of the phone was shattered so they ordered the piece they needed which was basically a brand new phone but never replaced the front screen, so the back and the insides are brand new but still the same front screen, but whatever, there is nothing wrong with the front screen. They forgot to put the SIM card back in my daughters phone and when we called them about it, they had no idea where it was! My husband took the phone back to them and they had no idea how to fix it! Since the phone was still not working my husband has to tell them that it probably needed to be activated since it was a brand new phone🤦🏼♀️ And they thought they were doing us a favor by giving us a new free SIM card….they forget to put the old one back in but they were doing us a favor by giving us a new one…..seriously?!?!?! I will buy a brand new phone before taking it back to them if it ever needs to be fixed again!!! Save yourself a trip and money…..don’t use Geek Squad!!

Save your computer and stay away from Geek Squad. I took my laptop to them in one piece, it was returned to me in pieces. They claim it was how it came. They are unable to replace hinge connected to the screen after holding the computer for 3 weeks. My computer opens and closes prior to giving it to them. Now my comouter is like a trash.

This place sucks so much, I took my Apple Watch for a screen fixing and I went to pick it up and it was broken, it didn’t turn on , the new screen was already broken, and my watch was more broken the when I took it there. Never coming back

BEST BUY Sold me a TV Warranty from GeekSquad telling me it's a hassle free warranty if there's anything that happens to my TV. Spent $150 on the warranty and I actually ended up needed to use it after a year and 2 months... Then when their claim specialist comes out to my house, I am read the Fine Print by the specialist and told my claim isn't valid. So it essentially was a worthless hassle warranty by GeekSquad, I was denied my claim. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE. I asked how much repair would run me, AND I am told that it's cheaper to buy a new one. WOW! 0 Stars! GEEK SQUAD IS WORTHLESS!

They have had my computer for a month now. It is now 2 weeks over due. I’m not being informed of anything. Some of the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Waited in line over an hour just to drop it off. Never going back to the one in Fairless Hills.

They are absulitly rediculous they don't help u with anything unless u make an oppointment I don't want to have to make an appointment just to drop my computer off the geeks don't have people skills n are nasty to costomers

I'm taking my desktop back to the Geek Squad today for what has to be the sixth or seventh time. Every time they say it's fixed but it only lasts for days or weeks before the problem reoccurs. The last time they allegedly replaced the hard drive. Wonder what today's diagnosis will be and how long I'll be without my computer this round. There should be a lemon law for computers, since this one is a total lemon.

Been getting installations done here for a few years. They know what they are doing and are certified. Check the website and in store for deals and savings. The install prices are cheap when compared to local installors. Wires run and hidden well. The selection of products in store is limited but you can bring your own equipment. The only complaint I have is that it can take up to 2 weeks to get an appointment. Overall I definitely trust them with my car.
