I came to get a new phone screen after my iPhone 6 stopped responding to touch. They replaced my screen and fixed my phone in about 30 minutes, and explained the process thoroughly. (Mike was my sales associate, and he was great. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the associate who made the actual repairs, but he did a wonderful job.) They even offer a 6 month warranty for a full refund! This is my second phone repair from Batteries + Bulbs/We Fix It (first was a battery replacement about 2 years ago-which is still going strong), and I had an excellent experience both times. I would not hesitate to take my phone here for any future repairs, and would recommend them to anyone. They are professional, experienced, thorough, respectful, and helpful. They truly have wonderful customer service here.

My husband cracked his iPhone 6 screen so I made an online appointment at noon for a 1:00pm repair. We went over. They did it in about 10 min. Price was good service was great. While we were there he purchased a glass screen protector, to prevent a recurrence. Very easy. Very good.

I had my screen replaced on my iPhone 6S. The turn around time was very quick (less than an hour), the cost was reasonable and lower than many other shops, and the gentlemen working there were very personable. I have been back twice and had the same great experience both times! I would definitely recommend Batteries + Bulbs.

Great customer service, quick turnaround of the battery replacement on my iPhone 6. Reasonable price, plus got a $10 off coupon for scheduling repair online. Third time I have had a battery replaced here, no issues with any of the repairs.

My iPhone 7 Plus screen literally cracked big time. The screen was bad. One couldn’t possibly be able to use the phone without being dizzy. I found Batteries and Bulbs online. Frantically I called, and Mike answered quickly told me the price and to come right over. Fortunately, once he told me where the store was I knew exactly where it was. A very nice guy Dave was very nice and very accommodating. Then he got very busy as he was the only guy in the store. I waited because I knew he was able to fix it and it was worth the wait. My screen is brand new and I’m so grateful!!!! Dave deserves a huge bonus as he was very good with the other customers. I will refer anyone who has their phone screens cracked.... These guys are great!!! I highly recommend this store, they are knowledgeable and professional. I was greeted immediately by two associates and after I briefly described my cell phone issue they knew immediately that I needed a new battery- which they thankfully had in stock. The repair/or rather the battery replacement took about 45 minutes and they were courteous enough to tell me so, suggesting that I could run any errands rather than wait in the store. They will have my future business!

I worked with Dave who was pleasant and informative. He fixed my daughter’s phone in record time. He explained that they were backed up fixing phones but he’d have it done by the end of the day. I dropped the phone off, went to the store, and before I could finish checking out of the store, he called to say the phone was ready. I was gone less than an hour. Dave informed me that the battery needed to be replaced and told me exactly how much it would cost. A week prior we took the same phone to another businesss (totally different establishment) to be fixed. We were given confusing information about what was wrong with the phone and how much it would cost to fix it. In person the guy wasn’t even sure if he could fix it even though he told us over the phone he could fix it with no doubt. Don’t mess with these other fake phone repair places who try to rip you off. This place is legit. Thanks Dave!
