These guys (Andrew and Thomas) are simply Amazingggg! I have done so much research about repairs and I think they are GENUINE, HONEST and PROFFESIONAL. If you ask around for repairs anywhere in upper main line, main line, Philadelphia you would hear people charging twice the amount they done. No wonder these guys have 4.2 stars. I would help them get more customers, already referred 2-3 of my friends here and would keep doing more. I am trying my luck with my dead laptop as well, im sure these guys would be able to do the magic and at affordable rates!!! Salute to your service and professionalism, never let it go, its hard to find! Edit: the fixed my dead laptop as well and with affordable rates again.! 5 stars!!

I broke the screen on my phone for the first time in the 24 years I have had a cell phone. I had no idea how expensive they were to fix. I called around a few places and most places were at or over $200 (iPhone). I took a chance on this place and was NOT disappointed. Tom was super friendly and helpful, had my phone done in less time than he quoted. There was a small manufacturing defect in the first screen they replaced (it happens), but they fixed it promptly and without ANY issue. Would highly recommend their services, although I hope to never have to use them again! :)

I dropped my Samsung Note 10 plus and cracked the screen, I was referred to this store. Tom was awesome, ordered me a new front and back for my phone and once the parts arrived the phone was back to looking brand new. Go here if you have any screen issues.

DO NOT GO Anywhere else but IFIXANDREPAIR for service- BEST PLACE ever!!! 10:52pm last night and daughter is upset her phone doesn't work. It had been iffy for 3 days and she was afraid to tell us. I try charging it but it wont hold the charge, sometimes it says 97% then immediately it goes red and shuts off. Okay- trouble shoot. I did everything Apple suggested including cleaning the charge port, changing cables, wall plug, hard reset then putting in DFU mode to reset. Nothing worked. I found them online last night and filled out their form explaining the problem and submitting. Got a call this morning and they agreed it was a battery problem but that they would do diagnostic on it to find the issue for free. If battery then $40 + tax to replace it. Dropped it off and it was the battery, got a new one installed in 20 minutes. FAST service, and they were charging it up and made sure everything was working. Today is daughters birthday and she was devastated but I promised her she would have her phone for photos. These guys came through. While I was there a couple came in for a repair on their late model iPhone. The guy told them that it would be cheaper to get the repair at Apple because of what they have to pay for parts. WOW where else can you get such honesty? Seriously- if you have a broken phone do NOT go anywhere else, these guys are the best.

These guys are great. I brought my PS4 pro in as I was having some issues with the hard drive malfunctioning. They were very professional and got it fixed pretty quickly. The PS4 works great again and it was within my budget to get it done.

My charging port on my iphone 8+ stopped working. I was able to get it fixed same day by Thomas for a reasonable price and haven’t had a problem since then. Those guys do a great job!

Tom was awesome, my 3 year old shattered the screen to his iPad. Not only was he able to fix that he noticed a battery issue too and fixed that for us as well. He was fast, gave us knowledgeable information and was able to fix everything in under an hour. He was a PLEASURE to work with. I will be going back.

Went in with some water damage today, the employees were very helpful, and nice about it. They informed us that the screen may break during removal, and offered us a discount on a new screen if it did. They checked in with us during the stages of cleaning the phone, checking to make sure we were good with each step. In the end, the old screen would not work(Not broken from removal, just wouldn't work when reconnected), and we had to get a new one, but the honesty ahead of time, and the transparency through the process is what I valued, and made me content to buy it. Highly recommended this store if you need help.
