This store has such an awesome amount of shirts, hats, accessories, etc. I always stop in when in the area. I’ve been pleased with everything I’ve ever purchased there. Everyone is friendly and helpful! ~Rosemarie

We switched from Verizon and since nothing is easy, we had trouble with our phones. The location closer to me would not assist because we did not switch at their location. I figured I would try the Exton store, and both times (yes we had two issues that couldn't happen on the same day) the person that helped me was amazing! Not only were they helpful with the issue at hand, but they were incredibly personable and we had enjoyable conversations while the system did whatever a system does. I highly recommend this location for your cellular needs. ~Michelle

Went to the Malvern t mobile which was a super scummy establishment. I tried to trade in a old phone and get a new one for my gf. Everything was going smooth until the guy tried to force me to purchase an accessory. I worked for verizon for a few months I know all those scams. I told him I do not want an accessory, I don’t want to make payments. I’ll get them all from Amazon or the target next door. He told me I had to buy at-least a screen protector or case it was “part of the promotion”. That was a total lot and they are scam artist. I went to T mobile in the Exton mall and they took care of me. Gave me the same promotion and never tried to rip me off or take advantage of me. I will be calling corporate. The Exton store was a god send and took care of all of our needs. Do not go to the t mobile store in Malvern or they will rip you off. ~Cloyd

Nick the manager, as well as another man (didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond to help my son with special needs explain and t demonstrate a few instruments. They were busy as it was a Saturday and they were so kind and helpful and my husband and I appreciate what they did for our son so much!!!! ~Jenn

We ordered new phones that were delivered to our house. After setting them up, we still had no service to our phones. We drove to the store and arrived literally two minutes before closing, but Robert took the time to figure out why our phones had no service and got them working perfectly on our account. We appreciated his patience so much and are so thankful for everything he did. He also explained to us what we could do differently next time. Wonderful customer service!! ~Laura

I picked up an online order from Party City today and let me tell you.....it was the EASIEST experience ever! Through the online system, I was able to let them know that I was on my way to the store and that I had arrived at the store. The store associate had my bag in his hand waiting for me to walk in the door. He was very pleasant and kind. I literally walked in, received my order and was out the door in less than a minute. This is such a huge time saver! This location has been remodeled in the past few years and is absolutely gorgeous. It is always clean and organized. I love wandering around and taking my time to shop there, however sometimes a quick trip is necessary. This store is great for both. ~Danielle

Needed an oil change and tire rotation. Got an appointment a day prior while others had a wait for at least a few days. It was quick and easy. Walked in and waited till the job was done. Just an FYI that they don’t install customer supplied parts(understandably so). I had a cabin filter that I wanted installed. Anyways I will get that done myself.
