Went to the Malvern t mobile which was a super scummy establishment. I tried to trade in a old phone and get a new one for my gf. Everything was going smooth until the guy tried to force me to purchase an accessory. I worked for verizon for a few months I know all those scams. I told him I do not want an accessory, I don’t want to make payments. I’ll get them all from Amazon or the target next door. He told me I had to buy at-least a screen protector or case it was “part of the promotion”. That was a total lot and they are scam artist. I went to T mobile in the Exton mall and they took care of me. Gave me the same promotion and never tried to rip me off or take advantage of me. I will be calling corporate. The Exton store was a god send and took care of all of our needs. Do not go to the t mobile store in Malvern or they will rip you off.

First time there in a while and I would go back every time. The store has come a long way from when it use to be a sprint store. The new management is great helped me with what I needed in a quick and easy manner. I hate taking long on something that doesn’t take long and Rj was excellent at doing just that. I would recommend anyone who wants a great experience to go to him. Thanks again.

I was getting ready to leave for vacation and found out that AT&T was dropping 3G on Monday and I needed to upgrade 3 of my 5 phones ( family ), this was Friday. When I got to the AT&T store for my 10AM appointment I was told that they did not open until 1030 ( got a text confirming the 10AM appointment). At 1030 when they opened.... I was told that they did not have equivalent phones but they would upgrade my phones for extra. I was not about to spend several hundred for this. I went down to the T-Mobile store and Alex and Joseph solved all the problems of porting over all the prepaid plans into one family plan and setting up the phones and ensuring that we would get new phones for the 5G in January. I couldn't be happier with the work Alex and Joseph. Both were very helpful and professional.

My visit to the t-mobile store in the exton square mall in Exton, PA was terrific! I walked in with a broken phone, expecting to have to jump through several hoops and wait days for a new cell phone. Not only that - but coming in on the fourth of July, I assumed since most places are closed that I was not going to be able to get much help. But the associates there did everything in their power to help me walk out with a new phone that day. They answered every question clearly and worked with me to find the best deal possible for what I wanted. They also took a genuine interest in my life and what my everyday activities were, in order to find the perfect phone for me. Not only did I upgrade my phone, but they made sure I walked out with a screen protector so I did not encounter the same problem again. One of the associates even put the screen protector on for me. They told me not to hesitate coming back if I had any further questions or concerns. The people at this store have gone above and beyond and completely blew me away with their friendly attitude and absolutely wonderful service!
