We ordered new phones that were delivered to our house. After setting them up, we still had no service to our phones. We drove to the store and arrived literally two minutes before closing, but Robert took the time to figure out why our phones had no service and got them working perfectly on our account. We appreciated his patience so much and are so thankful for everything he did. He also explained to us what we could do differently next time. Wonderful customer service!!

Went in to T-Mobile to upgrade my phone and trade in my old one. I was advised I am not an authorized user on the account (even though I created the account). I was told that my mother (who does not speak English) is the authorized user and must call 611 to speak to a rep and make me an authorized user, which was not possible due to the language barrier and T-mobile not having any reps who speak her language. I went to the Apple store and they assisted me right away and I was able to be made an authorized user right on the T-mobile app. Really a shame I had to waste my time coming to this store and dealing with unhelpful employees.

Today I stop by T-Mobile store located at Exton Main Street. I was well greeted by Ashton. Ashton is super cool to answer all my silly questions :) and he is very experienced in the store to answer few complicated queries. I would strongly recommend everyone to go and meet Ashton for their any questions he will help you to achieve what you are planning to do. All the best for Ashton and hope he will keep rocking !

Bruce helped me get a new phone on a Thursday afternoon and this was one of the best customer service interactions I have ever had. I had to go immediately after work and was dreading it all day because getting a new phone is usually a painful process. All of the staff members were so welcoming at this store. I understand, as most people should, that getting a new phone can be a long process but Bruce had us in and out of the Tmobile store within 45 minutes. All the information from my old phone was transferred onto the new one without any problems. Bruce and another staff member had my mother and I talking and laughing the entire time. I rarely write reviews but Tmobile should be proud of the staff they have at Main Street in Exton! We will absolutely be back and recommend this store to our friends. Thank you Bruce!!

I was very pleased with the help I received from Bruce. He was friendly and helpful on the phone and even more so in person. However, Ashton lied to me (I think because he was too busy and didn't take the time to look or was too lazy, idk.) and that caused me duplicate charges, a mess to cancel my order and return the phone...I'm still waiting for my refund from T-Mobile. I do recommend this store because Bruce was AWESOME! Thanks Bruce! 👍🏻

The manager "Bruce" is literally the least most professional sales person ever. We have been having continuing issues with my step sons phone and this joker, even with corporate directly contacting him with us on the same line, this nut still lies, doesn't follow through with his promises just for sales, and he has no shame stealing other people's money. Seriously, go to another location.

I had to get my wife a new phone, and after I had limited success at the stores in the Exton mall, I came here. I worked with Dom, and they did not have the phone that we wanted, so she called EVERY store within an hour's drive and found one for me. I drove and got the phone that I wanted and was SO grateful that I was able to get it. I ended up coming back to get a screen protector from this location, and Ashton and Dom both provided me with great service, great communication, and a great conversation. It was so nice being able to connect with such like-minded people over a phone sale, and it was really unequaled to have the level service I did even though I had to go to another store to buy the phone I wanted. Thank you Dom and Ashton!!

Bruce and Larry are AWESOME!!! They were both attentive and upbeat. Very hard working!!! Best experience I’ve ever had inside a cellphone store!!! I’m very pleased with the Sprint/T-mobile merge because I have two favorite cell guys now in this T-mobile location!!! I was there for quite some time fixing issues with my phones and they kept it light and fun! Best Friday evening I’ve had in years!!! These two should be considered “valued employees”, they are top notch employees putting it mildly. Thank you guys for an amazing experience!!!!

This is a review about the management at this location: Came here last month to set up my step son with a new phone before he moved cross country. Bruce, the store manager, assisted us during our 3+ hour transaction. For small talk, he explained to us that he was literally just hired a few weeks prior, promoted to management, and explained how little training and experience he had in this type of profession. He made this lack of experience even more evident by falsely advertising their Samsung S20 and took advantage of my family. We even tried to contact Corporate with this issue. Corporate reached DIRECTLY out to Mr Bruce at this location. Bruce told Corporate that he would be in contact with my husband to immediately rectify the situation. Bruce has further displayed his extreme lack of professionalism, knowledge and expertise by ignoring Corporate and not rectifying this problem with us. Do not ever sign a contract at this location. Go somewhere else.
