We switched from Verizon and since nothing is easy, we had trouble with our phones. The location closer to me would not assist because we did not switch at their location. I figured I would try the Exton store, and both times (yes we had two issues that couldn't happen on the same day) the person that helped me was amazing! Not only were they helpful with the issue at hand, but they were incredibly personable and we had enjoyable conversations while the system did whatever a system does. I highly recommend this location for your cellular needs.

The AT&T Store at Exton Square Mall is a Corporate AT&T Store, and is worthy of this distinction. While the various authorized retailer AT&T Stores can often get the job done (some stores better than others), new store manager Emily and her awesome team at the Exton Square Mall take it to another level, the Corporate AT&T Store level. With Tyrese leading the initial charge on our first visit, and Jack shadowing her on day two, Emily navigated the stormy seas of the AT&T pre-paid plans (and its less-than-stellar support) that an authorized retail store had misguided us towards a couple years back. Without losing our phone numbers of many more years (something that the nearby retail store had just shrugged their shoulders at, essentially saying "but nobody else keeps their numbers when switching to post-paid, why would you?"), Emily was able to safely return us to the land of AT&T post-paid, where the service is also top tier. We are so grateful to have found our local Corporate AT&T Store at Exton Square Mall, and that Emily has landed there, with such an awesome team. Always a treat to visit the quant lil' Exton Square Mall and to help rejuvenate it a little bit more, one phone and food court meal at a time. While there, it's always bonus fun to enjoy and support some of the other great shops still at Exton Square Mall. Who knows, perhaps we can start getting some more awesome shops in there again, maybe even an indoor all-weather skatepark like Vans and others used to have in malls sprinkled around the States. Let's dream it into action... the AT&T action sports park at Exton Square Mall! ;-)

Horrible experience. No confirmation of what i signed up for. (insurance, next up). Spent an hour on phone with AT&T afterwards. Seems like the policy is get you signed up, and out the door. Honestly some of my conversations bordered on outright fraud - I asked about the bill, rep said it would be about $70, first estimate has me at $150. My billing address is wrong, my employer was listed wrong. The list goes on.

I recently purchased a new iphone (bday present to me) to upgrade my old Galaxy J7. After hours on the phone with online support, I was directed to a store, because of a porting issue (seems like with Puretalk ???? - which I thought uses their same infrastructure) Because my dad passed in the last month and my son got married I was slow on activating. Following instruction to go to this store (Exton) I was greeted with challenging personnel who do not understand who the customer is. I have made the choice to move on with another provider. I tried, they were 'stressed'.

Rep Robert who helped us was excellent. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped us through picking out new phones, to data transfer and setup. We never felt rushed. And he answered all of our questions.

Oh boy. It took over 1.5 hours to open a new line with a new phone. They added the insurance that I did not ask for, and when I asked for it to be removed, they gave me a vague answer (the number of times they went to the back to "check with the manager" was unreal, even though I'm fairly certain that was the manager at the front desk). I've never met a more unenthusiastic customer service rep? He did not review my contract or confirm my billing address so it was entered incorrectly. Could not even tell me my account number and phone number after everything was done...????? I left frustrated and desperate to get out of the place. I ended up spending another 30 minutes talking to AT&T on the phone to sort out the account info and activation. I think I'd rather switch carriers next time than go to a AT&T store.

Went into the store to trade in my phone. Was helped as soon as I walked in and the rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing that I did find that was disappointing, I was told I could only get half of the account credit and received a totally different amount other than that. Please make sure you read the very fine print before considering trading in if you have the next program

I have been to multiple AT&T stores and the Exton location is by far the best!!! All the workers and managers were very friendly and helpful. One employee Michael went over and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Out of all the AT&T stores in the area I highly recommend the Exton location. Changing my rating! I thought I was getting great customer service, the promised discounts are not valid and I have ended up paying more then I would have ever agreed to. Be careful going to this store as they make promises that AT&T won't keep. Reading these reviews seeing that I am not the only person this has happened to.
