I picked up an online order from Party City today and let me tell you.....it was the EASIEST experience ever! Through the online system, I was able to let them know that I was on my way to the store and that I had arrived at the store. The store associate had my bag in his hand waiting for me to walk in the door. He was very pleasant and kind. I literally walked in, received my order and was out the door in less than a minute. This is such a huge time saver! This location has been remodeled in the past few years and is absolutely gorgeous. It is always clean and organized. I love wandering around and taking my time to shop there, however sometimes a quick trip is necessary. This store is great for both.

This location has done a complete 180 from the last time I was there pre-pan. During prior visits the store was staffed by teens who seemed bothered to be there and offered little help. My visit yesterday was amazingly opposite. I was greeted, I received help without attitude, check out was quick! They had exactly what I was looking to purchase and they even offered free delivery! (Spend over $60 and get free delivery, no catch or charge beyond that!) Perfect customer service! Thank you!!

Ordered curbside pickup for a specific time, including balloons. I was there 5 mins early but they were ready! Even put everything in the car for me. Great service.

The bathroom was so uncomfortable felt like I was an animal in a junkies house I had to maneuver this giant toilet paper roll by hand that is SO UNSANITARY and NOT acceptable during a pandemic. Get it together.

Great place to find those one of things you need that amazon cannot accommodate in a timely manner. Love the curbside pickup option so they do the shopping for me! I was in and out of there in no time!

Absolutely rude, especially the heavy set boy in the red shirt working around 10 on 7/31. Why get mad when you have work when that’s what you are getting paid for? There are people who would kill for a job right now. Also they have no clue what’s in stock, and will not even walk you to the area where you might find what you’re looking for, so lazy. Thankfully from this experience I found a small business party store who will be getting my business from now on. The complete opposite of this corporate relic. Find a small business party store or even Amazon. Anything is better than shopping here.

The staff was friendly and prompt. The balloon prices were reasonable. The shelves were a bit sparse, possibly due to Covid and ability to receive inventory. But I was able to make due.

My daughter was turning one on Saturday. I had ordered balloons on Amazon weeks ago . The night before her birthday as I was decorating the balloons I got off amazon were so small and poppin as I blew them up. It was 15 minutes till party city closed I got there 5 minutes prior to them closing and was able to get all the balloons I needed. I even called to make sure it would be okay to still come. Since some stores tend to close befor let the actually closing time They were all so helpful.

We ordered an item online and it wasn’t until we got there we were told that item was not available. There was no email or text to tell us anything. We started off as a curbside pick up ending up having to go inside the store. When I asked the “manager” she acted as if we should have known. When I told her that we had the same thing at Amazon but canceled the order to try to get them business, she did not care and would not help us for the inconvenience. She was hyper focused on going on break and another girl stepped in to try to help us and actually called a general manager for assistance. The general manager gave us a small concession, but it still didn’t compare to the poor customer service and inconvenience that the process at Party City brought us. Go to Amazon and Walmart...please.
