My drink was half full, paying $7 wanting a venti I would expect it to be all the way fill for my white chocolate mocha , I didn’t ask for a grande but a venti.:(

This is one of the few Starbucks I go to that is CONSISTENTLY out of things. Whether it be powders, milks, juices. It’s ALWAYS something. Whoever does the ordering is not very good at it. Employee’s are always great and serve great drinks. Just frustrating waiting sometimes 15 minutes in line just to be told you don’t have Milk? How is that even possible.

I come to this Starbucks almost every morning simply because I love the staff here! I have a Starbucks that’s even closer to my house but this location never disappoints. Emily specifically always makes my morning! Even during a busy morning she always calls me by my name and smiles big, even on my most hectic and frustrating morning she still makes me feel good! and her knowing my drink by heart always makes me giggle. but everyone here is always so sweet and helpful! ❤️

Yet another disappointing Starbucks. I ordered a green tea lemonade half sweet, like I have been for years. I know taste wise I can't handle the 6 pumps of syrup that gets thrown in there on a Venti cup. This is something I've ordered for years, my partner is a former shift supervisor and we're still friends with a lot of people that currently work at a Starbucks. That part is important. So the woman that took my order replies, oh we don't put sweetner in the green tea lemonade..it's just tea and lemonade. So I'm very confused. Rather than argue, I ask for the three pumps of syrup in there anyway. Tasted absolutely terrible, just like green tea no lemonade and no sweetner. I've checked with our friends still in the industry and the 6 pumps is standard. So not only a quality issue but your baristas don't seem to know your products. What a waste.

I usually stop at this Starbucks as it is the one I pass on my way to the expressway. However, as time goes on, this location quality is plummeting. Today I waited exactly a little over 15 minutes for my mobile order to be prepared. The barista asked for all names on mobile orders and said that she would start on them next. However, I watched her pull more mobile order slips which further delayed my drink being made. I try to be understanding and patient as I know many places are understaffed and their current staff is probably overwhelmed and overworked, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that I waited while this barista continued to prepare other orders that came in after mine. Not only did I wait several minutes for my drink, but my drink wasn’t hot and it did not taste like what I usually order. Most importantly- it wasn’t hot although I ordered it to be extra hot. Nothing is more disappointing than waiting 15 minutes to be served warm coffee. So, I was forced to toss it and stop at McDonald’s to get hot coffee - the coffee they served was actually hot. Go figure! I probably won’t return to this establishment. This hasn’t been my first bad experience, but it definitely put the cherry on top!

Absolutely unbelievable slow. They have 1 employee on the line making drinks I ordered online before I even got here and have been waiting inside for over 30+ minutes. I parked in the 15 minute parking and I received a ticket. Will definitely not be coming back here. Absolutely unbelievable.

What’s keeps me coming back to this specific Starbucks is the SM. She’s the first person from any Starbucks to remember me, even when there’s a few months between my visits. I always look forward to saying hello to her even if that’s all the convo is! I always look forward to stopping at this Starbucks while I’m here visiting. While it’s a short interaction, it means a lot to me. So thank you to this Starbucks and the SM for making me feel welcome and seen.

Today I waited 30 minutes and paid $19ish for 3 drinks. I asked for a tray because I was on a coffee run solo. To get home and have someone comment how "light" their drink was. Oh that's because they were all half full!!! Too far to go back, but this is absolutely ridiculous!!! Their prices are high, which I don't mind but it's not unreasonable to expect a full cup!

I come here every day but never ever come by drive-thru, it’s so crowded and the team that works here is absolutely incredible. The way they manage this store is just crazy. The best part, I love about this store is that they have 500+ customer every morning and when you have a regular customer they call you by name which is absolutely amazing…..amazing😍 The store really needs to invest and get bigger store, I believe there is lot of potential to grow as you have so many people visiting. Keep it up the great work guys and thank you for your great service😇 Appreciated!!!
