Last visit was bad. Ordered bugers plain with no bun. Neither was made as ordered - twice! Management doesn't exist. Very disorganized. Then got a long wait and attitude when I asked for a knife and fork. After all, it was ordered with no bun. Either the manager lacks common sense or is totally out to lunch. Probably both. Watch it when entering from Broadway Street, as it is a steep incline and one can scrape their bumper.

The rib sauce is yummy and so sweet. But last night at Broadway McD in Joliet something was seriously off. It was watery and didn't even taste like the rib sauce at all. At first we got 2 mcribs with zero sauce. So went back and they put this thin watery sauce on them. They also gave us a small 2oz container that they put this same "sauce" in. The container had oil sitting on top of this so called sauce and it tasted more like a very mild and watery steak sauce then their known rib sauce. Without that sauce it's not the infamous McRib. Tried calling today and got hung up on before I said a word and 2nd attempt nobody answered. I have to give credit to this location though. They seemed to have really turned things around from when it was awful. But then this sauce issue happens. Don't serve the McRib of you ran out of sauce! They have a few younger managers who seem to stay on top of things, but this sauce they gave last night should not be called sauce. Either one of the cooks was upset or trying to play games to make up a fake sauce or they were out and kept selling the mcrib knowing they were out of the regular rib sauce. See picture. First ribs were naked! I tried calling before posting this. I'll try the 800#. And what's up with no Halloween kids meals buckets? It's not even Halloween yet. 😞

This is almost always the fastest McDonald's drive through. I usually just get coffee with my app, but the line really moves quickly and everyone is quite friendly.

Pull up the app and they kept saying it was an invalid code. Code kept changing as I was waiting to place my order and to pay for it.

So I did a order online!!! Payed for it !!! Got the code,once I arrived!!! Get to the window, there talking about its pending??!! I like ok , so it went right!!! So called cooperate!!! There were Super cool!! So the Manger there!!! U look Dum my Boy!!! Hope this got you some Act Right!!! U made no Sense!!!! And I'm still waiting on my money back , chump

I personally don't eat McDonald's, I stopped for a friend and they were unhappy with the Overly salted fries that were very hard and old. Not cool Mickey D's.

I ended up starving because someone decided to neatly pack up my nuggets. It was so beautiful I couldn't eat it. Great food, even when it's not packed as perfect as this.

Horrible. Customer service the person who took my order was difficult. Then when we pull up to get our food the lady hands me a medium drink when i specifically ordered a large. The proceeded to be rude and say no it's a medium and not address our concerns I was like okay whatever so we left when we finally get to where we're going the fish sandwich barely has any cheese on it it's like a little tiny Square of cheese on the sandwich they didn't give us any straws no ketchup nothing. Overall just very horrible service every time I go there something some way shape or form something's always going on where you there I don't get my order as ordered two missing food it's just never ending nightmare I do not recommend this place unless you have nowhere else to go and even then I'd say try to find somewhere else.

This mcdonalds in Joliet has two self ordering kiosks. They were very user friendly and had touch screens. The menu is very easy to access and allows you to customize your order in ways that i never thought were possible. The staff was very nice and the inside was very clean. I appreciated the hip furniture inside of it. The food was awesome. I got a buttermilk chicken sandwich with white cheddar. The cheese really took yhe sandwich the extra mile
