Best fast food restaurant in Joliet, Illinois (IL) 2024

Place was pretty good. Service was more memorable than your average dunkin for the a.m. crew. We went back at night and had a good experience as well. I travel a lot so I visit many dunkin locations and this was a better one than the average ~Josh

The rib sauce is yummy and so sweet. But last night at Broadway McD in Joliet something was seriously off. It was watery and didn't even taste like the rib sauce at all. At first we got 2 mcribs with zero sauce. So went back and they put this thin watery sauce on them. They also gave us a small 2oz container that they put this same "sauce" in. The container had oil sitting on top of this so called sauce and it tasted more like a very mild and watery steak sauce then their known rib sauce. Without that sauce it's not the infamous McRib. Tried calling today and got hung up on before I said a word and 2nd attempt nobody answered. I have to give credit to this location though. They seemed to have really turned things around from when it was awful. But then this sauce issue happens. Don't serve the McRib of you ran out of sauce! They have a few younger managers who seem to stay on top of things, but this sauce they gave last night should not be called sauce. Either one of the cooks was upset or trying to play games to make up a fake sauce or they were out and kept selling the mcrib knowing they were out of the regular rib sauce. See picture. First ribs were naked! I tried calling before posting this. I'll try the 800#. And what's up with no Halloween kids meals buckets? It's not even Halloween yet. 😞 ~R.

This used to be my favorite close by place. No more! They have made every effort available to ostracize their patrons. I can't use a debit card even if they were open. Their hours have shrunk to the point that they should be a brunch shop. Oh well, I'll drive down the street to the Mexican take out if they don't want my business. ~Phillip

I was greeted and received my food promptly. Restaurant looked, felt and smelled CLEAN- even the bathroom. Fries were great. Hot dog was juicy and flavorful however, it was broiled or something when they have a grill so would’ve preferred that. The burger was ok. Bun was fresh, warm and toasted beautifully but the meat was probably from frozen, very flat with defined edges and very little taste or smell. Also kinda pricey but overall a good place for a quick meal. ~Victoria
