Price too high compared to pence behind the Ashley home furniture store.. although nice at uhaul.. loved Diane at pence because she's sweeter than candy... wonderful person and knows what she's doing!!! Honest!!

I could not get any help with getting a truck from Bellevue, Clyde or Norwalk. We came here to the Sandusky store and was helped instantly by Tim who charged us for a 10' truck but let us use a 50' truck. We were in and out and on the road within 10 minutes. If I ever need a truck again I'll only come to the uhaul place on Venice road in Sandusky Ohio.

We have been here to pick up the truck for 20 minutes, no one is here , no one will answer the phone. The truck is dirty and barely reads any oil on the dip stick.
