My grandmother and I just left the T-mobile store in the dollar tree shopping center, she finally took the big step to a smart phone lol!! Anyway she is 87 and doesn’t need all the bells and whistle but still wanted to get something decent and easy to use well we found that here along with a great team of people willing to help you. Alex was a super star and was so helpful, patient and kind. I am going back this week to get a new phone and new plan with then . Thank you thank you

Horrible store, not professional at all!!! I have been a sprint customer for about 20 years NEVER had a problem UNTIL my husband went to this store. He was promised a price to lease a phone but when the bill came it was double the lease price at the store. After many calls to customer service they told me that cheaper price was only for adding a line but when my husband was at the store he asked several times what the price would be for the lease and they kept telling him $15. I know this because I called while he was at the store and I even asked the saleswoman what the lease price would be and I also asked “so my bill will only go up $15 because this is not a new line” and once again they said yes. We went to the store this past Friday and the people that worked there had no clue about anything. They even called customer service pretending to be me instead of people that worked at the store and once again got nowhere. Then the so-called manager told me that he will email his supervisor about this issue and he will get back to us. I asked when that would be he very rudely responded “how can I tell you that? I don’t know when he reads his emails.” Never got a response. My husband called 3 times and every time he calls it happens to be this “manager” is out to lunch or somewhere else. And never got a call back. GO TO ANY SPRINT STORE BUT DONT GO TO THIS ONE!!! I have a call into cooperate and they are looking into this issue now. Will also be contacting BBB about this store. Awful
