I don’t even want to give 1 star if I could. The lady who might be the manager, she is really mad, I just wanna order my drink, she is not good at listening, but she is very good at yelling. I said I wanna add cold form to my drink, she said she can’t make it, until I said I have it before, and she make that for me. Everything she done for me is very very rude, she is ruining my day!!! ~Xinyi

I have been listening to Under The Hood for over 20 years and never miss a show on KELO and when I'm at work I listen to them on podcast. I've listened to over 500 past episodes. I'm a true "Hoodie" These guys are great! They have helped me with car buying decisions, repair questions, what to do with a young new driver in the house and even helped me with a question on my boat. This is the only place I ever take my car to maintenanced; every experience I've had with them was great. Mark is exceptionally friendly, the work is done well, and they always do it fast. I started going here after one shop told me a repair/replacement for my rack and pinion would be $1250, and would take weeks to get the part and do the repair. Mark told me $800, and I had my car back the next day. He somehow managed to get the part same day, and repair a rack and pinion steering assembly within 24 hours. Could not more highly recommended this place. ~Matt

Through the year I’ve been to many Dunkin. The location at 764 Sunrise is probably one of the worst. Doesn’t appear clean from the outside. Extensive wait time in drive through. Only a few cars and it takes 10-15 minutes to the speaker. Prices seems to increase monthly. A small coffee is $2.49; increases .40 this year alone. Items constantly prepared incorrectly or poorly. Escalate to the manager. He’s sarcastic doesn’t take accountable and makes no apology. Completing the surveys make no difference; they don’t respond.Avoid the frustration and avoid this location. ~A

Why does it take five days to fill a prescription for a cream? They don’t follow up. No one tells you what is going on. Twenty minutes on the phone just to figure out why a prescription still hasn’t been filled. Then find out it was just put aside and no one does nothing. This used to be a good pharmacy. Now it has just become a pharmacy of overworked incompetents. Let’s not forget when they gave my other prescriptions to a total stranger to take home. Then they couldn’t figure out who they gave it to for over a day. It’s time to find another pharmacy. ~Timothy

My Doctor sent several scripts to refill my prescriptions. I was able to get most filled but had to wait for 2 because it was too early. When the time came to refill I was told that they didn’t have a script although they sent me a text stating that I had to wait for it. When I explained this to the pharmacist she walked away from me. My husband has the same issues. I only came to this pharmacy because the other CVS store that I went to closed. We will no longer be returning to this store. ~Roxana
