Terrible. The pharmacy department puts you on hold and then goes to lunch. Unprofessional, unacceptable.

My Doctor sent several scripts to refill my prescriptions. I was able to get most filled but had to wait for 2 because it was too early. When the time came to refill I was told that they didn’t have a script although they sent me a text stating that I had to wait for it. When I explained this to the pharmacist she walked away from me. My husband has the same issues. I only came to this pharmacy because the other CVS store that I went to closed. We will no longer be returning to this store.

The store does not have a cashier any longer or just very limited. There is an employee standing in front of the self check out offering to assist with self check out, however not cashier behind the counter. In addition, stock is very low and limited. You can go to that store looking for an item you have purchased in the past, only to find out there is no supply. Very bad - I do not find this is other CVS stores such as Merrick or Freeport, only N Baldwin - must be poor management.

The service at this store is horrible!!! I called in and spoke to someone at 9:16 am and they said all my medicines were ready but there was one that wasn’t . She told me it would be ready in an hour and wait for the texted . I went there at 10:25 cause I didn’t get a text and it was within the hour. When I got to the store it was not ready!!! And she said sit down and she would call me. I was there for about 40 minutes and they finally finished the prescription. So that was a 1:40 for this prescription to be ready. !! What would have happened if I didn’t just decide to go there. Very poor management!!!! Elaine Applebaum

I went to this pharmacy to collect my prescription.Stood on line when I was call after start to give my name and date of birth I heard someone say we are close. It was 6:04 and they close at 6 the person who seem to be in charge tell the young lady who was helping me she can’t continue to process my prescription.After begging her to please help me she tell me she need to go home . I should go to Valley Stream and try to see if they will pull it for me. Her name was Rosa .

Every time I come to this pharmacy, I have to wait for my prescription! Horrible! They will send you an automated message telling you that your script is ready and when you get there it's never ready. There is always a line! Overall the rest of the store is great!

I visited this store today to pick up prescription, 3 people on line ahead of me and 2 behind, but it took over twenty minutes to get to counter. At that point, there were 4 people behind me. There were at least 7 people behind the counter ! I have been going to this CVS Pharmacy since this store was built for and this period has been the worst and slowest that I can remember. When I reached the counter I was told the prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. I explained that I could not wait and would have to come back for it. I confirmed with the clerk that it would be about 15 minutes. As I left the pharmacy area I received a text that the prescription was ready. I initially went back to the clerk, but seeing that she was involved with another customer, went to the Drop-Off window, showed the clerk there the text message. She advised me to stand behind the customer being taken care of, and that I would be next. Once the clerk finished working with the customer, I reminded her that she had just taken care of me, and I had received the text. The next customer in line said she could not wait. I asked the clerk if one of the other 7 workers behind the counter could take care of me. She said that they were working on prescriptions. I left the store after telling the clerk that it was the most dysfunctional I have scene this CVS. I have issued a post recently about this same CVS Pharmacy, hoping that customer service would improve. It has gotten worse and slower ! Time to make a change.

This is a CVS in Baldwin New York.... Not a CVS in Anchorage Alaska! Yet there prices are so Overinflated I’d have to sell my kids and the bulldog just to buy a gallon of milk and a pound of butter! THATS if they even have milk and butter in the store! These CVS locations are so poorly stocked it’s amazing anybody can even find something to buy! From what I’ve read, CVS is under new management ( is it this location, or all CVS locations) ... NEW MANAGEMENT 🤡! From what I’ve seen, the New Management couldn’t even manage a paper route!
