Jonathan the Manager at the Oakmont Site is a real Multitasker. He keeps his busy store moving while providing individualized service with a pleasant attitude. While I was in the store, most of the customers were over 55 years of age including me. We know that this group as different mobile phone and technical issues than those under 25. Jon did not make me feel like I was "stupid". I would refer anyone to this site. Keep up the great job, Jon.

The first Verizon store that didn't give me a hard time with my business account. John was really nice to me a couple days ago when I called and then I finally made it into the store. I had so much I wanted to get done and he was super helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient with me because I don't know anything about phones while he was assisting another family. Never go to a corporate store again!! This is the only store I'll come back to for my Verizon business and Verizon personal accounts. Very satisfied customer.

It's worth making the trip in store to purchase the phone here for the service here alone, not to mention John genuinely and thoroughly explained our options while having our best interest in mind. Service is excellent. There were multiple customers needing help when I walked in; Jonathan was able to multi-task very effectively. Also, he was able to figure out how to process my in-store pickup order even though he has not done it before. Despite being very busy today, he was pleasant and helpful with everyone. This is the type of service that guarantees a return customer, and even though I live in the city I intend to return here if I ever need anything Verizon related. A+

My family and I stopped into the store to do an upgrade- Jon was absolutely amazing!! He was funny, kind, patient, and understanding. He is quick to problem solve, and multitask- he was busy and the only one in the store!!! He’s wonderful, I wish we could have his help with Verizon all the time ❤️

John was very knowledgeable and genuine and helpful. I’m on a family plan, and we all got our phones here in the past. It was like a brand new store because it’s under new management. It was time for me to upgrade, and John got me $800 off an iPhone 13 and an Apple Watch for only $5 a month. Now my whole family is going to come back and upgrade their phones. I love my new phone and watch and I’m extremely happy with the customer service and professionalism and overall quality of my visit and experience here. Highly recommended

I was really iffy about keeping Verizon for my phone service after 15 years. I went into oakmont Verizon and was greeted as if i were royalty by Cory who not only looked up my account to make sure I wasn’t missing out on any promotions he helped me get into a new phone with their current promotion and I was able to get the new Apple Watch for a great monthly deal. If it weren’t for his INCREDIBLE customer service and outgoing / friendly personality I might have changed my mind. I highly recommend dealing with him when you walk into Verizon in oakmont.
