Every time I have been there I have been greeted by the tellers the staff is very friendly and they are very knowledgeable. I also just wanted to give a shoutout to the Branch Manager Dan DeNinno, he has fantastic customer service skills he assists his tellers and he has always been friendly and helpful to me and all of his staff are equally kind! ~Billy

My fiance, mother in law along with our newborn and myself stopped past this Subway 🥪 on Allegheny River Blvd. (Oakmont) for a quick bite to eat! On this day 6/22/22 an older woman with glasses and two(2) other female employees were all unsanitary. We mentioned numerous times for them to change their gloves 🧤. Close to the end of our order request one of the women grabbed up a cup ,but placing her finger tips on the inside of the cup instead of grasping the sides. After an uncountered with the Vocellis pizza next door, we decided to make a second trip to "Subway" for a healthy chicken salad 🥗 When my fiance entered, she was petite and excused herself for disturbing them, but want to ask a question about the salad (s). The one female employee in training immediately said, "I refuse to want on you" 😲😳 This is when we realized nor ONLY did it seem like a racial discrimination, but lack of knowledge on conducting a business to the public. We all know in order to get respect, you first have to give it. After talking to afew ex- workers from this same subway. It was made very clear and confirmed that even in 2022 with a pandemic and so much going on in the world people still have the time to fit racism into their so called busy schedule ~Emmett

I usually see Renee at the counter, and she is very nice and moves the line quickly. I have also called with questions (when other local offices wouldnt answer the phone), and Cathy is wonderful. Friendly and efficient.... Wish all usps offices worked like this one! Recommend especially if you are starting a small business/online shop, as they've answered many questions about cheaper rates and packaging. ~Char

Small independent book shop in the heart of Oakmont. Sells more than just mysteries, has a decent children's selection along with bestsellers, local interest, and some cookbooks. They're willing to special order books you're looking for. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have author signings, book clubs, and even book subscriptions. Great local place to support instead of sending money to Bezos. ~Erica

My husband John & I and even our little dog Agatha have been faithful fans of The Medicine Shoppe and their wonderful products. They offer absolutely the best supplements you can find, yes, they are not inexpensive but great supplements cost more than cheap ineffective placebos! We have come all the way from Ohio to visit these amazing people and routinely order our supplements from them. I’ve been waiting on 4 prescriptions and no one in their Pharmacy ever answers the phone. Last time this happened I stopped in and was treated like a burden because I was almost out of my meds and the order had been in for well over a week. I want to transfer my meds elsewhere but I can’t get anyone on the phone to do it even after calling several times a day for several days. This is unacceptable. By the time I get my meds for my muscle strain I won’t even need them anymore. ~Christina

This was our sons 1st EVER hair cut. We could not have had a better experience. Joe was amazing with him. Extremely professional. Did what we asked and then some!
