I used this pharmacy a few times and I never had a pleasant experience, the stuff always felt like I was bothering them, never had my prescription ready even though I would go long after they received it etc. Now I go to giant eagle and it’s much better.

I’ve been waiting on 4 prescriptions and no one in their Pharmacy ever answers the phone. Last time this happened I stopped in and was treated like a burden because I was almost out of my meds and the order had been in for well over a week. I want to transfer my meds elsewhere but I can’t get anyone on the phone to do it even after calling several times a day for several days. This is unacceptable. By the time I get my meds for my muscle strain I won’t even need them anymore.

I called in to find out if my prescriptions were filled. The lady on the phone said the pharmacy was busy and to just come in, I asked to be transferred back to pharmacy as I cannot come in. I sat on hold for 20 mins. I was then rerouted to the person I talked to initially and I informed her again that I am trying to check on my prescriptions and that I cannot come in, as I attempted to explain I am immobile she placed me back on hold. I sat on hold for an hour total. I even attempted to have other people try and call in for me to no avail. I understand being busy but an hour and you cannot answer the phone? That’s ridiculous.

They never answer the phone. Then I get there and they tell me they don't have my prescription. They suck. I'll be transferring my prescription to Giant Eagle. Thanks for nothing.

Really good Rite Aid. Staff are friendly and always available. Good selection of food, cosmetics, and everyday basic needs - especially when you're in a pinch. Pharmacy is also available in the back. Smooth and easy process filling prescriptions, etc. One of the best kept secrets is their seasonal discounts after the various holidays and seasons pass.

Good location as it is very convenient for picking up a few everyday items. Stocked with all the "drug store type" items you will find at any location. The staff are friendly and helpful which makes your shopping trip here a little better. I recommend a visit if you happen to be traveling through Oakmont.

This is a great store! Friendly staff, especially Kara who stopped what she was doing to help me locate the very specific vitamins I was picking up for a friend and then she told me about the store brand of the exact same thing which was not only cheaper but it was on sale buy one get one free so I got 2 and saved 6 dollars! Amazing, knowledgeable, and very personable employees at this particular location! I will definitely stop by again and I will continue to recommend this store to my friends and family!

I use this pharmacy bc of insurance coverage. I find the pharmacists to be friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to answer questions. They are currently understaffed but this has not affected their expediency.

Updated and remodeled interior was pleasant. We only had to use the pharmacy and the people working the pharmacy were very pleasant. Ample parking and convienent location.
