Daniel is a great asset to this store. He helped me resolve an issue based on a purchase I made through the sales center over the phone. I will never again do anything on line. I will always go to this store and deal with the professional,knowledgeable and helpful employees. Cudos to Daniel for all his help.

What a nightmare. Though Verizon does have better cell coverage in this area than TMobile, their customer service is atrocious. I needed internet coverage so I stopped by the College Rd. store and was talked into signing up for a jetpack by one of their salespeople. He lied about everything. What it would do, how well it would work, speed, reliability, coverage, and especially the warranty. I reached out to Verizon customer service a few days after getting it, and they told me that what he had said to sell me the device was incorrect, but that there was nothing other than return it that I could do. So I go back to the College Road store to return it, and the manager was not just unhelpful but downright rude to me. The multiple customer service people I spoke with on the phone did nothing to address the problem. Each one swore they had fixed the issue, then did nothing but say what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. I left Verizon as a cell service provider and am still untangling jetpack issues. One customer service rep told me that they get a lot of complaints about that store, and if other people get treated the way I did, no wonder. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Walked in the door at 11am with a cracked old phone. Walked out the door at 11:09 with the brand new phone I wanted, at exactly the price I thought it would be, with the exact insurance plan I wanted. Alexander made this the easiest cell phone transaction of my life. He's a real asset to that store!

Really should receive negative stars and a police report. I went in because I was having an issue with my phone they were not able to resolve it and ordered me a replacement which later escalated into its own set of issues but that has nothing to do with my review. By the time I had driven home from the store the associate that helped me had sent me a friend request on Facebook and then texted me in a capacity that was not in any way professional. This is absolutely disgusting and a complete and total invasion of privacy and nothing was done about it nor was I really told any sort of way to get it resolved. So I guess I’m just writing this to warn everyone not to trust these employees with your cell phones and if you are a woman or the parent of a young girl I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere simply from an issue of safety alone but if you must go here don’t go alone.

Do not use them. Just call actual customer service or else you will have to spend days talking on the phone to try to correct something this Verizon store messed up in the first place. I came in with a phone broken due to a defective issue with the phone I had no control over, filed my insurance claim and was told I would have a phone the next day. Days later and hours on the phone with Verizon turns out the first person in the store didn’t correctly put in a simple insurance claim and I still don’t have a phone….

Make sure you make an appointment! I walked in and out in about 10 minutes. The dude that helped me was awesome. He immediately recognized my issue, and fixed it really fast. It didn't cost me a dime. I'm kind of shocked how easy and fast it was. This store is okay!

I had the pleasure of working with Eye, the store manager this evening. She was very kind, friendly, and had a great attitude! I had to wait a bit since I didn’t make an appointment, but when it was my turn she didn’t rush through any of my questions and even made an extra phone call to find the answer to one of them. I would recommend this Verizon store.
