I am diagnosed with metastasized cancer that has spread to my spine in my spinal cord rendering me unable to walk unassisted. I am able to make it to my car using a walker and I have to hold onto the roof rack to drag myself to the door of the vehicle. Today I needed medical tape to hold on my fentanyl patches and I went to Walgreens and attempt to purchase tape. As I explain to the employee my circumstances and my inability to walk he refused to walk from behind the counter to the shelf which holds the medical tape and bring it to the drive-through window so I can purchase the tape. One of the worst stores I’ve ever dealt with in my life absolutely no compassion whatsoever

The pharmacy staff and pharmacist at this location in Newington are rude. The pharmacy is not even open on the weekends. You think for a place that has bankers’ hours and not that busy compared to other places that they would be happy. Guess not. I won’t be returning here. Now I know why I never see anyone here.

Rite Aid of Newington ...friendly staff always ask if you need help. Well organized and clean, good prices..sale items are on hand and with sale signs. Lots of parking and quick check out.

Tough to get help here. Waited patiently in front of two associates while they talked about how tired they were and never turned to help me. Went back to counter later to ask where an item may be and was told I don’t know. Never tried to help or even attempt to look. Poor service

The pharmacy part of this store the women there are indeed very kind.they make you feel good and even call you by your first name. Very personable.

Pharmacy is only open until 5pm on Sundays. The "Rite Aid pharmacy open until 9pm" result on Google is misleading. Only the store itself is open until 9pm.

Even though we moved to the other side of town I couldn't bring myself to move our prescriptions to a pharmacy that was closer because this pharmacy staff is by far the nicest and most efficient group of people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!!

Went here the other day to pick up my script, loved the service I got from the pharmacy staff. You get a group of people here shame that the rest of the store was a mess.
