Best pharmacy in Newington, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Every time I go there, which is monthly they always either give the the wrong prescription, charge me the wrong amount and often you wait while the girls chat in the back area. Many times if authorization is needed I am told they will reach out and then fill it. Yesenia, one of the girls in the back chatting today was very rude. I would not want her in my staff. ~Bonnie

I am diagnosed with metastasized cancer that has spread to my spine in my spinal cord rendering me unable to walk unassisted. I am able to make it to my car using a walker and I have to hold onto the roof rack to drag myself to the door of the vehicle. Today I needed medical tape to hold on my fentanyl patches and I went to Walgreens and attempt to purchase tape. As I explain to the employee my circumstances and my inability to walk he refused to walk from behind the counter to the shelf which holds the medical tape and bring it to the drive-through window so I can purchase the tape. One of the worst stores I’ve ever dealt with in my life absolutely no compassion whatsoever ~Jonathan
