Absolutely TERRIBLE and abhorrent customer service. I placed an online order through their website on 12/7/21, and was notified my order status was shipped on 12/8/21. After not receiving anything before Christmas, I outreached their store to which a representative told me that the order had now shipped, and my original shipped notification was inaccurate. Okay, fine. Fast forward to January 6, still no product in site. I called the store again and was told they would track my order and call me back, and surprise surprise, no response. The next day I call AGAIN and at this point, all I want is a refund. I spoke with Louis at the store, who told me that the only person who can help me has a relative in the hospital, would be refunding me, and to never shop here again. All of this attitude for a customer who placed an order a month ago, was lied to twice about it shipping, and wanted a status update? I don't know what JERKs are working at this JERKY store, but this was an abomination. Let's see if I ever receive the refund I was advised I would be getting... BOYCOT WHITTINGTONS

Cute store. Employee let us try samples of the beef sticks and dried sausage. Would recommend buying both!

She gave us samples and we bought beef jerky and pork tenderloin smoked. It was clean and lovely store. They were very nice. Had beverages for the road. We love this place.

Love this little general store. We found a variety of jerky meats and these wonderful mason jar delights with pickled vegetables, stuffed olives, and cobblers. We tried several and they were delicious.

I have always wanted to stop here when on my way to San Antonio. Today I finally knocked it off my list. It was very clean. The clerk explained where the products came from. They were all from TX. There's a nice selection of preserves, salsa, hot sauce, mixes, candles, and jerky but would love to see maybe souvenir glasses, shirts, etc labeled with the store name or town and more candy from Lammes. Thanks for having us. Wondering if you give military discount too. We were all vets in the party except the grand baby.

You will Not find a better beef jerky anywhere. 10/10 I have ordered all over Texas to try and find something as good and I have never found anything that compares. I typically order 5 pounds of the whole strips and have them ship to me. Christmas gift from mother In law consist of Whittingtons beef jerky.

This is the BEST jerky available in the Hill Country and top five in the state of Texas for sure. Do yourself a favor and grab some jerky on your trip to the wine country and sample all the tasty salsas they have out.

Crissy at Whittingtons beef jerky is super nice. Just like everybody else in Johnson City! This place is a lot of fun. They have samples for you to try and you’re sure to find something that makes your taste buds happy!
