Was not happy. The parts I ordered last week and paid for in advance, ONLY half of it came in. The lady who waited on me was not really with it. She said to me "do you want me to reorder it"? My reply was, Hell yes I paid for it in advance. So now waiting another two or three days longer. I'm needing them before my car will pass state inspection. The lady was rude.

We arrived there 20 minutes before closing with bad battery and bad alternator. The 2 people that were working were great, went above and beyond we got battery in and they even called a friend to come help get alternator installed. We were three hours away from home and they stayed late and made sure we were ready to get back on the road. Thank you so much for your help and great employees. We are very thankful

Now that they have restaffed almost the entire store staff, you can actually go in and get the parts you need, without some little young punk giving you attitude for no reason, or trying to treat you like you're a complete idiot, shopping here has actually been quite nice. All of the new staff seem to be friendly and helpful as you would expect. Keep Up The Good Work!!! 😀👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's not everyday you find a business or its staff that go OUT OF THEIR WAY to help you over a roll of duct tape! But this store did and MAJOR KUDOS to Becca!!! I went in to purchase a roll of duct tape to temporarirly repair our windshield after being involved in an accident. We were on our way from Kansas City to Illinois when the accident occurred just outside of town. Becca asked what my need was for and I pointed out our windshield. She stated she was a volunteer with their Fire Department and asked if everyone was ok. I said everyone was, but we had some glass to clean up. She promptly stated "Don't go anywhere, I'll be right back!" and she returned with a brush and a bucket and shop vac. WOW! Blew me away. Helped remove the glass and made it safe for the passenger. The duct tape was only was $6... the service, priceless!
