If I could give 0 stars I would. After waiting almost an hour for my food to be delivered everything was burnt and cold. I was also missing wings from my order. How do you look at food you’re about to send out that way and think that’s acceptable. I called and “the best manager in Oakmont” answered the phone. He was so rude he hung up on me! I called back and told him to refund me and come get his food. He didn’t want the food. We’ll see if I get a credit on my card in 3 days I wanted to say that I received a call from the owner of Fox’s today. We had a long conversation about what happened and he assured me he would be having a talk with his manager. He also is giving a discount on our next 2 orders if we choose to order again. Honestly this is the first time we’ve had a problem with the food and because of our conversation alone we will remain customers. Good customer service goes a long way!

I am an extremely picky pizza ordered and I can be a pain for most establishments as a customer. This place went above and beyond by delivering my pizza hot and fresh within 35 mins from when I ordered. This was during today (Friday) one of the busiest days of the week. They have also endured through a recent. Tragedy this week and I am sure extremely short staffing with the current pandemic staffing issues. I personally have over 15 years in the pizza industry and am amazed at how this shop performed for me today. Thank you so much for what you have done for me today! Yinz are amazing and well deserving of this 5 star review!

BEST WINGS EVER! We are new to the Verona area. We have ordered several times over the past few weeks while we got unpacked and settled in. Fox's food is absolutely delicious...Great pizza and the best wings we have ever had!!! We always ask for them to be extra crispy and they are always done perfectly!!! Their delivery personnel are always friendly and courteous! Thank you Fox's! We appreciate you!!!

I love Fox's. Their quality of food has been consistantly great. But the past two times I ordered from them I ordered wings, which they didn't have. The first time they called me and offered to substitute a different menu item (which I was fine with). The most recent time they tossed breaded chicken tenders in hot sauce, which showed up soggy (and I'm 10 mins away). I know Covid has messed with food supply chain/restaurant food order stuff, but I would rather they have just taken wings off the menu than give me sub-par, soggy chicken. The pizza is still great, and the staff and owner are friendly (the owner even sent us free pizza when I was working at the local polls for the last election). But...please take wings off the menu if they're going to be that gross.

Love the pizzas, the hoagies are rather tasty. The greatest part is they often send you coupons in the mail to defer some of the cost of the food. The delivery of the food is rather rapid you don't have to wait too long to get your food.

Ive visited this location a few times more than a year ago and wasn’t very satisfied so I quit ordering it. Until today, decided I’d try this location this evening for dinner with a few guests and we ordered multiple items and were all highly satisfied with the food. I picked up my order and was very pleased with the customer service and cleanliness of the store! If you haven’t given this location a thought, consider doing so cause the new management has really made a difference and you won’t be disappointed with the value or staff!
