Unfortunately there is no option for Zero stars here. These folks are not just irresponsibile, but borderline malpractice, if that exists in the phamucetical industry. My wife was having issues with her hormone dosages and she called them with her concerns several times. On her final attempt she talked to Joey about her "2 month supply" lasting only a month. Her major concern was that the device they put her hormones in might be defective, and they berated her, "WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO!!!?" You are the only person having problems...That was their response. They screamed and blamed her for the discrepancy. In the end they said that they will no longer fill her prescription. The proper response would be to investigate and mitigate the issue, not yell at the patient and tell them they won't fill their prescription any more. I pray that no one ends up hurt over their gross negligence.

My husband John & I and even our little dog Agatha have been faithful fans of The Medicine Shoppe and their wonderful products. They offer absolutely the best supplements you can find, yes, they are not inexpensive but great supplements cost more than cheap ineffective placebos! We have come all the way from Ohio to visit these amazing people and routinely order our supplements from them. Dr. Joe has been a Godsend in our lives, we thank the Lord we found him and the dear people who work with him, they are all just wonderful.
