Best cell phone store in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I just had the best experience here. Walked in and told the nice young man that we needed a new remote because our dog ate ours. He made a joke and proceeded to give us a new remote and two extra’s just in case that happened again. That was it! In and out. Super fast service and the employee (whose name I’m sadly forgetting) made this a phenomenal experience. ~Jenna

10/10 service!! Arthur and Taylor were GREAT!! Arthur was very personable and took his time to explain all the information associated with the cell phone insurance. Originally went to a different ATT store and was misinformed on the cell phone insurance and that rather than spending a bunch of money on a trade in, I was able to file a claim and pay only $30 and get a new screen. Arthur and Taylor saved the day. Not only did Arthur explain the full benefits of the insurance, but Taylor stayed late to fix our phone for us. Normally my fiancé and I don't go out of our way to write reviews but this service was great and we saved money. Will definitely be coming back to this store for any future needs. ~Katherine
