10/10 service!! Arthur and Taylor were GREAT!! Arthur was very personable and took his time to explain all the information associated with the cell phone insurance. Originally went to a different ATT store and was misinformed on the cell phone insurance and that rather than spending a bunch of money on a trade in, I was able to file a claim and pay only $30 and get a new screen. Arthur and Taylor saved the day. Not only did Arthur explain the full benefits of the insurance, but Taylor stayed late to fix our phone for us. Normally my fiancé and I don't go out of our way to write reviews but this service was great and we saved money. Will definitely be coming back to this store for any future needs.

I want to personally thank Dejah for her patience and all her help today!! She helped me with the trade in of my phone. We had several long holds with unhelpful customer service agents but Dejah was determined to help me even when our time ran past regular business hours. She’s proven to be a valuable team member and I wanted to show my appreciation.

This is to commend Dejah Durham and Waheed. My family and I came in a few days ago to get some information on porting our lines over from Verizon. Throughout the whole process they were very honest, laughed with us, saved us money with the newest phone and just made the overall process fun. I normally dread going to phone stores because all of the hidden fees, trying to constantly sell you on something you don’t need nor want but they were great. So shout out to the two of them. ATT needs to hire more people like them.

I don't know why I went there I feel shame on my self for being there. First of all staffs have no idea what they are doing it took them 1 and half hours to activate a new sim card then finally its wasn't working. So called manager I don't know what he thinks of himself elon musk or Steve Jobs but has no idea what he is doing but has the attitude of president like he owns the whole at$t company. They couldn't activate a sim card but charged me 50 dollars that too twice and 12:50 $ for sim activation and the sim was not active. Then I asked for the refund . They said no and called police on me ...

Let me start by saying I have been with AT&T for over 15 years. Out of all those years Gee and Danay gave me the best customer service. I would highly recommend going to this location and asking for either of the girls above.

This is absolutely the best att I have been to in years! I have been a customer with att for 12 years and this location really gave me my best experience. I worked with a fantastic rep named Dejah. She was honest every step of the way which is hard to find in a sales rep these days! She broke the cost down and had answers for every question I threw at her and even lowered my bill. Even after i added a line and did 3 upgrades. She even kept in touch with me after the transaction with made the experience so much more memorable! If you’re ever in the area make sure you go to this store and see Dejah! She’s the best!
