If you ever want to see bad customer service in action, feel free to drop by at T-Mobile store in KOP mall. When interacting with two agents, both were extremely impolite and condescending. Neither of them had the patience to explain the details of the plans to us and were more concerned about selling other products than answering our questions...

My family and I came here to upgrade our iPhones X, 11, and 12 to 13 pro and pro max. Albi was extremely helpful and nice in helping us choose which iPhone 13 to get. He gave us lots of insight on accessories and even reminded us that 3 lines in our 8-line account were eligible for 3 iPhone 11’s for free because we’ve been with T-mobile/Sprint for 20+ years! However, it took a while to transfer the data from our old phones to the new ones, so we decided to leave and come back in a few hours. When we came back, luckily another nice employee named hashir was still there who very patiently helped us transfer the data and gave us lots of tips. HOWEVER, the phones had restarted the transfer process for some reason….. we thought all was lost especially when two of the phones still had 20 minutes left in the process even though the store closes in a few minutes… that was until… the manager HAKIM showed up! He was super nice and offered for us to stay outside for 30 minutes while our phones were finishing transferring the data. Best phone store I’ve been too, FIVE STARS ⭐️.
