Not sure of his name but a guy who works at this location refused to swap numbers on our devices. Said our current plan would not allow it even though when we bought the new device at another location they said we could swap numbers/phones whenever we wanted. Must have been his first day because we came to find out you can do it yourself on the website. Good job bro! Great customer service! Maybe you should go through training again or find a new job.
