Horrible service. Never on time with anything. Chronicle liars. Charge for product that's never on time when is in lease agreement. Always supposedly locked out of there storage units that are through Ashley furniture cause there bills are not paid. Heard per worker in person. Horrible workers at the door. Don't carry anything in. Always complaining things are to heavy to lift. Best yet they tend to leave boxes of product not together on your porch. Horrible service. They restart payment contracts on there own terms. So basically paying like 5 times as much instead of original agreement in price. Horrible customer service overall

I’ve been a customer for 20 years. Same store. Lower Burrell. In spite of changes and company adjustments. They recently closed and moved all accounts to Leechburg. I’ve had some awful issues with my fluctuating income. These folks have been great. They have gone out of their way to make sure I didn’t lose my merchandise. Sometimes it isn’t always a business attitude. They are really great people.

Rude and harassing staff. Worst experience Iv had with a rental store. They haven’t fixed my contract after 5 months after they misentered my info.

One star is way to much for these people. absolutely the worse customer service EVER. RUDE, NASTY, and utterly OBNOXIOUS STAFF. Arrons might be further away but better selection better customer service better prices and a better overall experience. do yourself a favor and NEVER use this store
