What a nice visit I had. Dustin and Don are some great guy's. Haven't had this good of an Auto Zone experience since 2010 (Spring Lake, North Carolina). Wish I could give these guys 10 stars.

On 7/28, I went to Auto Zone because I thought I needed some brake pads for my F-150. I didn't know the engine size or model and Dustin was able to help me to figure out all the information that I needed to get my brake pads. After going to the mechanic, it was determined that I didn't need the brake pads so I went back to the Auto Zone where Dustin assisted me again and gave me a full refund without any issues. I tried to give him a tip, but he respectfully declined, but I just wanted to say thank you very much for your excellent customer service because there aren't many people that take pride in their work. Thank you again, Dustin.

Today I’m giving a five star review to both Brittany and Michelle (Sales Associate) at AutoZone. They were extremely professional. I like their kind and friendly demeanor. From the time I walked up I was assisted in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend this location.

I had my lightbulbs for my low beams burned and came onto here than in other auto zones because out of all the calls I did this was the most respectful and wanted my info while others didn’t even had any motivation to keep working. And the best part was that he helped me to plug the lightbulbs into them which I very much appreciated. I will give this auto zone 5 stars: they earned it!

My favorite auto zone thus far! I went inside to get oil for my truck and when I first got in the store I was not greeted properly and had to wait for an associate to help me when the store was empty but the phone lines were busy but as soon as Tyriek saw that I’ve been wait for some time he immediately stopped what he was doing and made sure I was taken care of. He had patience with me because I didn’t know exactly what kind of oil was needed for my truck and then educated me on how to add the oil into my truck. I’ll definitely be back with all of my truck needs. Thanks you again Tyriek for your wonderful customer service! Happy customer here !
