The racks were empty for everything!! They didn't have not one t-shirt for men's not 1 I couldnt believe it!! But it wasn't just men's it was the whole store very very disappointed!!

a great store for a combination of price and quality! clean, responsive staff, you can find a lot of good things! a lot of home clothes, shoes for both children and adults! near the cash register, I bought Panda cookies (vanilla and chocolate) for the children delicious! if the product does not fit, it can be returned! we will visit this store more often!

I was told by my friend to visit Ross when buying winter jackets. It surprises me how cheaper compare to other stores. I bought two jackets for $29 each. These were made of leather outside and fur inside. Very perfect for winter season.

They are in the midst of a major restock of inventory because of high theft. Not a big selection currently. They also are only allowing a certain number of shoppers in at a time (not covid related measures). Its a shame because this is one of the few stores that does have quick inexpensive clothing ,decor,etc.and its being jeopardized by thieves.

Today it was really a disappointment for me to go to this specific store, it had never happened to me that they treated me so badly and with so much lack of respect. I was in the line and it was my turn to pay and I went ahead of the cashier because the line was huge and there were only two ladies at the register and when I arrived she told me: ma'am, I haven't called you! I was super surprised because the line was immense and she began to pick up coat racks as if those of us who were there were cows or whatever! after 5-6 minutes the other cashier calls me and with a bad temper she addresses me who was removing the racks to make her work easier and faster for both of us and tells me in a rather rude tone that I should leave the racks in the car, then he told me again very rudely to move the car from where I had left it and well I didn't move it, they had me very fed up, I didn't do anything for them to mistreat me like that, me and my mother-in-law and my 6-year-old girl who was with me, that is the example we give to children?? no, thanks ! My daughter knows that she should treat everyone with respect, no matter her skin color, her nationality, or if she fell from a rocket, people always respect each other. I don't go back to that place again, everyone there has very little inattentiveness and bad character including the security ones. Terrible service!

People always steal from here and security barely does anything, there are barely any high sizes for shoes and they don't have back stock it's just all out in the front

I came here to buy a bra. A lot of them were really cute and seemed like decent quality, but I couldn't find any in my size. The entire bra area was very disorganized, and most of them were in the wrong sections. I wound up getting a sports bra from the athletic section because I had somewhere to be and I couldn't find anything else in time. The staff were helpful though, and the sports bra seems fairly nice so far, and for under $10. But be prepared to search through lots of clothes to find your size.
