Zero stars because of Karen! Her eyesight is too poor to check ID's of middle aged people without holding it in both hands for a creepy & annoying amount of time, & she has a horrible attitude with customers! Fire her & you'll be doing yourselves & everyone else a favor!

Fast service at the pharmacy, good prices at the pharmacy, but also sometime you are treated badly...at the pharmacy.

The pharmacy crew do not have very good service and manners . I moved myself and my childrens prescription’s to Walmart where they go above and beyond to help me with a problem.

Just had a thoroughly unpleasant experience at the pharmacy. The technician behind the counter was very rude and treated me as though I was a bother in her day. I tried to greet her with a smile and ask her how she was and was met with a dead pan stare and a monotone what do you need. We all have bad days but especially at a pharmacy counter when you don't know what a person is facing in their lives, It is not too much to ask that the technicians be kind.

Store needs work. The store manager here is a odd duck. Weirdo to say the least. That's the kind of characters walgreens likes to have. Sad business, now we know why they are closing doors left and right. Pharmacists here are short, rushy, and not persanable. The same two male pharmacists here for a while . You always seem rushed when talking with them. This area of concern could use some improvement.

As a customer and a provider I couldn't be happier with the service at the Hampton Walgreens. Brian is amazing, kind, professional and such a joy to converse with. I feel he goes above and beyond with anything we may need. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and smiling.

I have only used the drive thru and I have only had positive experiences. You can get other products besides prescriptions, such as over the counter medicine and limited paper products through the drive thru. Tight corner when you pull out.

If I could give a negative star, I would. The pharmacist Brian at this Walgreens is a young man who seems to have a very large ego problem. He questions your prescription, assuming to know more than your doctor knows without ever having talked to you or looked at your records. If you don't think your doctor knows what he is doing and you want a young man's advice who is barely out of college, than by all means seek Brian's help.

I'm pretty sure,no I am sure that one of the staff stole part of my prescription. She said she didn't have enough to fill my order and gave me what she had.trouble is she made the paperwork out to say order was complete.so I'm done with walgreens. Cvs has always treated me well...

If you want to test your patience then seek out Kim. Either she got confused during our conversation, or she doesn't know what a customer even is...she made it seem like I was bothering her. Hung up on me when I asked her to explain her policy. This is definitely enough for me to switch pharmacys, maybe a campaign for CVS?
