5pm appointment didn't start until 545 but the work was okay. I rate other locations better. Side note, I have had great luck with Goodyear Adventure All terrain with kevlar

A cautionary tale that ends well. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and the place was clean and buzzing. The problems occurred when I applied for their credit card for the "instant" 5% savings. The process ground to a halt when I found myself at the register having to call a credit card company for approval. That’s when things went south. I spent more time waiting to talk to someone from a bank than the Discount Tires employees themselves. People were lined up behind me so I eventually moved off to the side. The onus was on me to provide my credit card account number and the bank would not give me the info over the phone or via email which made no sense. They went ahead and moved my car into the bay and I tried calling the bank again. After waiting 20 minutes I got connected with a bank rep. She was rude and would not help me. The actual job took little time and it came time to pay. Discount Tires forgot to apply my 5% "instant" savings on the receipt until I reminded them and, according to policy, they forgot to ask me if I WANTED to purchase their certificate; which covers repairs, refunds or replacements. Instead, I was automatically charged an extra $100. Because of the credit card snag, they refunded me the 5% on my credit card. But I had to ask for an alignment coupon and they never mentioned the certificate on-line. In addition they had a special where you create an account and receive 5% more off. I was not informed of this either. I returned the next day and one of the helpful store managers refunded me 5% more. I mentioned the things that should have happened but didn’t and he quickly made things right. He was very appreciative of the feedback. I would still recommend Discount Tires. They have a great selection of tires with great prices. Educate yourself on what specials are available before you go in.

Great experience as usual! Had to replace boat trailer tire due to sudden degradation of one of the wheels. Was afraid they wouldn't be able to work on it since still had the 24ft cabin cruiser boat on it, but they had no issues. Parking isnt optimal, especially for trailers, is my one thing that could be improved. Very respectful, friendly, and helpful customer service. Had an appointment, but it ended up going a little over due to the trailer ahead of me, but overall wait time wasn't too bad, and there is a Human Bean and gas station less than a block away. Had the right tires in stock, and got a decent deal on 4 new trailer tires, plus a spare rim and one of the old tires as future spare. I will continue to go there for all my tire needs!

I've bought 3 sets of tires from Discount and had more patched or replaced. My last 2 trips the salesmen have been getting more and more pushy. I can rotate my own tires and patch holes myself. Ive been doing it for 17 years. I come here still to have those services done because it's faster and more convenient to have them do it and I don't mind paying for the convenience. This last trip after inspecting tires on a spare vehicle I drive for work (my truck is currently in shop waiting on parts) the salesman attempted to guilt trip me into buying a new set of tires. "These tires are too old. They're worn too much. Some family on the road shouldnt have to take this risk." LOL! After that didn't work and informing him I had a patch kit and/ or a spare set of wheels at home I could install myself he informed me he could do the patch but there was no guarantee he could put the tire back "in case they might find something unsafe with the tire." Ok, I get your game. You'd like the opportunity to put my vehicle on your lift, pull the wheel and inform me I need to buy tires from you or you won't release my vehicle for "safety reasons". After telling him thanks but no way he tried all the salesman gimmicks: "I can give you a discount on a used set. Maybe the tires ok after all" As stated previously, I'm a repeat customer at this location. This isn't a 1 time in & out beef. Now I won't be back at all. They're more focused on making a one time sale than retaining a customer. I've pulled the tire myself and included pictures of the "potentially unsafe" tire in the review.

Before today I would have absolutely recommended this Discount location. After today, not so much. I had an appointment and checked in at 3:20. Advised the sales guy I would be waiting and he said it would take about an hour. After several customers who came in after me started to get their vehicles before me, I asked how much longer my car would be and they advise me they haven't even started it yet. I've been sitting here for two hours so far and they tell me my car is next to go in. What is the point of getting an appointment if you aren't going to take cars in order. We own 4 vehicles and have purchased all of our tires from here for years but this will make me consider taking my business elsewhere. Update: The store apologized for the issues and did what they could to make it right. The sales guy also went to help the techs to speed it up.

Triple check your new tires! Purchased new tires from this location and they put the wrong size tire on my front driver side. It has lead to a multitude of issues including my brakes going out on the highway. A good mechanic noticed this error and I went back to this location to get the issue resolved, the paperwork was completed but the tire was never changed! This error has put my safety at risk multiple times. Be careful and check your tires!

I've been here twice now and I was very impressed with the customer service here. The first time they were not very busy so they met me in the parking lot to check in my vehicle. Today they were swamped so no one was able to rush over, but every employee that saw me apologized for the delay and told me someone would be with me as soon as they were able. Then they took the time to go through all the options available for my vehicle and worked with me to find the best choice for my needs in my price range. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experiences here and I will certainly go back for future needs.

Bought a new car and was unhappy with the traction of the factory equipped all season tires. Started calling and hunting on the web for some more aggressive tires. Several places carried my first and second choices, BUT could not even order them. To the rescue. DISCOUNT TURES ON 34. Greeley. Ordered them on a Monday and got the call early Wednesday! These tires have converted my SUV from a "soccer mom car" to a real off road. On road. Anywhere I want to go SUV!! THE CREW AT DISCOUNT TIRES ON 34 could not have been any more competent. Fast.
