I had a wonderful experience honestly. Kane in the Catskill store is absolutely wonderful! He's so knowledgeable about the products and services. He also was great with my daughter while we were there. I truly appreciated all of his help.

Dorthy and Kane were wonderful today. I came in for two reasons and both individuals were great to help. Both of them were extremely informed and not pushy but answered my questions and pointed me to the right plan for my family. Would highly recommend Catskill AT&T Store and the associates assisting today.

Changed over from strait talk was hard time with strait talk. The store clerk was more than willing, he was persistent.

Upgraded my phone with them recently to the best Samsung has and wanted help transferring my stuff from my old to my new phone. I was met with an elderly nasty old woman. She was condescending, had a huge attitude, rolled her eyes at me, laughed at me, and even raised her voice to the point of yelling at us. The manager Scott or Tom can't quite remember his name ,was extremely nice and helped me with the upgrade and phone case exchange, but he did not reprimand how rude she was. I need more help with an issue with my sim card so i will drive the extra 5 miles to get help with that. I never wish to deal with her again.

Went to the AT&T store and the staff was very helpful. They were dealing with many customers and took time to make sure I was being addressed. There were several customers in the store and one of them was being rude and threatening to cancel service unless they stopped what they were doing and fixed his phone. I can't imagine what they deal with on a daily basis. Thanks again for your help!

Went into the Catskill store with issues for my phone. I went to Kingston and they wouldn't help me. Dorothy and Tom both spoke to me when I came in. I normally never write reviews but I want to let everyone know that they are WAYYYY better than Kingston with a simple problem. Can't imagine what would have happened at Kingston if something really went wrong. Thanks again guys! I'll tell all my friends from Kingston to come to Catskill from now on.

Only store I've ever been to where I had to wait 30 minutes just to be insulted and argued with. One dude working the floor arguing with 3 customers at once while another dude just sits in back and yells instructions from his chair. ATT completely sucks at customer service and repeatedly let's me down when I am having service issues. Switching to google fi asap

Went to the Catskill store the other day to upgrade my daughter's phone and Dorothy and another sales associate were quick to help. Would definitely recommend this store.

Went in today. Heard one employee ask another if he wanted to help me. He said “Not really” He eventually walked over. Lots of attitude and eye rolling. Was nasty. Suddenly my phone was gonna coat more because I needed to upgrade my plan. Had already spoken to att on the phone and knew that wasnt true. Needless to say no new phone.

If I could give this place less than one star I would… the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I went in for a new phone and was greeted by two very unpleasant workers- a young blonde and an older woman. The young girl was unable to answer any questions without giving an attitude and the older woman piped up after every question with a snippy response. I ended up walking out and going to the Hudson location which was a much better experience. I am not the only one to have had a man awful experience with Catskill at&t, after sharing my story with others, I heard about their unpleasant experiences there as well.
