5 Best office supply store in Charleston, South Carolina (SC) 2024

During normal business hours. I went there 3 times. Every time, there was a sign: "be back at 3:45, sorry for the inconvenience", "closed for lunch", & "be back in 20 min." So, I just waited when seeing the last sign. The girl finally showed and went straight to the phone (which had been ringing for 5 min). So, I again stood waiting a she was on the phone. When she got off of the phone, I stated that I had been waiting and had been there 3 times. She ignored my comment. I have her my ID and she had me sign for the package. I never got an apology or even an acknowledgement of what had occurred. ~Robert

We typically wait 1-2 days for custom laminated prints. 2-3 days for corrugated prints. We use this store for everything we need done and done correct. Calling to confirm specifics with accurate price quotes before printing. Recommend any business to use this store if in Charleston, SC ~Scooter

I typically use Staples for printing, but this location was bad. The employees were not very courteous. I canceled the order due to delay. They asked me to call an 800 number for refund. Unfortunately, I waited 25 mins only for customer service to call the physical location. They should have known how to process the return according to the representative. I would recommend FedEx Office. My experience there was great and QUICK! ~Matthew

I was having printer problems and needed headshots for an event. I walked in and someone was ready and eager to assist. The staff was kind and personable. I was expecting to have to wait to get my prints but they handled my order immediately and I didn't have to wait or come back to pick them up. I would highly recommend their services. ~Angela

Update : New management needed … young long haired manager with hickey on his neck needs extensive training to better handle both customers and employees alike … I use this business frequently and had great experience prior to this managerial change .. went in to have a document notarized, Allison was extremely helpful as always .. quickly had things taken care of and I was out the door … returned a few days later for another document notarized and got the manager who had zero personality and who informed me that there was an additional $5 walk in fee for notary republic services … first I’d heard of this .. no policy change notice hanging , nothing posted so, asked why the new charge and informed we had not been subject to this before and he asked who had done the notary prior … I mentioned the persons description and soon the employee walked in, he mumbled Under his breath .. that her? I said think so, he immediately stopped my transaction and went to reprimand her in the back and then he returned … I told him how unprofessional that was , and then he lied and said he didn’t mention it to her … .. UPS stores needs a management refresh .. ~Johnny
