During normal business hours. I went there 3 times. Every time, there was a sign: "be back at 3:45, sorry for the inconvenience", "closed for lunch", & "be back in 20 min." So, I just waited when seeing the last sign. The girl finally showed and went straight to the phone (which had been ringing for 5 min). So, I again stood waiting a she was on the phone. When she got off of the phone, I stated that I had been waiting and had been there 3 times. She ignored my comment. I have her my ID and she had me sign for the package. I never got an apology or even an acknowledgement of what had occurred. ~Robert

I was having printer problems and needed headshots for an event. I walked in and someone was ready and eager to assist. The staff was kind and personable.
