Best vitamin and supplements store in Charleston, South Carolina (SC) 2024

The pharmacists are always prompt and professional. Even when they are busy my wait isn’t long. I really like the CVS deals on the Extra Care card and the app is helpful as well as convenient. The reason I am writing this review is Ms. Cathy one of the cashiers up front. I left my debit card and she was kind and diligent enough to save it for me! I really appreciate her for this because my bank takes at least a week to send another one! Ms. Cathy is my hero this week! ~Constance

An honest review: The newest technician (Cara) treated me like I was an inconvenience for coming to the window to order my prescriptions and turn in my insurance information. She said multiple times “I can’t hear you.” I was speaking as loud as I could but she didn't open the window so there wasn’t really anything more I could do. I tried repeating myself several times for her. She sighed heavily and walked away to say something (I’m guessing a complaint about me) to the other staff, then came back and chided me for holding up the line. My husband has also been treated rudely when he tried to pick up his prescriptions so I don’t think it was just one bad day, I know we all have those at times. The other pharmacists have always been kind and helpful but after dealing with Cara the last few times we are more than ready to move elsewhere for our prescriptions. ~Emily

It's really difficult to receive any standard of customer service at this location. I've rang the phone for so long before that the automated service will simply hang up on me after a certain point. Visiting the pharmacy in person, it's not at all uncommon to see the pharmacy staff arguing, or even yelling, at customers, even when the customers haven't done anything to warrant being yelled at. I've honestly had days where I've put off picking up my prescriptions simply because I couldn't mentally gear myself to visit and interact with the staff. It's really only the convenience of the location that's kept me coming back over the years. ~J.
