Best oil change service in Charleston, South Carolina (SC) 2024

My husband & 4 kids waited for 3.5 hours for service. We called at 3:50pm and they said about 45 minutes. After an hour or so, I called and they said the person was around the corner and would be there within 10 minutes or so. That didn't happen. An hour and change later my husband received a message saying 10 more minutes. That didn't happen. After 30 or so more minutes, my husband received a message asking if we ever received service and he said no, we were still waiting. After 3 hours the tow truck guys showed up and got us in the van with our children. It took about 1 minute to get us in. Mind you AAA was around the corner - 3 minute drive. Craziness. I'm happy to have them, but this should have been handled better. ~Jeanette

I took a truck there years ago. A 1965 Chevy. Did good work fair prices. Want try to screw ya. Good folks. Might not be cheapest on the block. Small town feel. They are not racing to get your money and send you on your way. ~John
