Purchased - induction stove top in July, 2021 due to manufacturer supply shortages there was a delay in having stove top built and shipped . Sales Associate Andrew- make numerous phone calls to manufacturer, distribution centers for Sears, International Customs, and the New Store Owner assured me that as soon as they had a shipment date they would notify me. Today my induction stove top was installed - October 15,2021. I appreciate the attention my purchase was given, the follow up & to keeping me updated on status of my delivery and installation. GREAT TEAM EFFORT !!! Sales- Management- Installation. My stove top is perfect and my experience with Sears Hometown Store was amazing. We all have to deal with the supply shortages it is not the fault of our retailers- and with out standing customer service support like I have experience with Sears Hometown Store, they will have my business for years to come.

In this time of supply chain issues, Joe, the new owner, came through for us with flying colors. Our fridge stopped cooling and the local store we had bought through was quoting 2-4 month delivery time. So we stopped this Sears Hometown store and had a new fridge in three days. The delivery people called, set up a delivery window and arrived on time. Installation was smooth and professional. We strongly recommend you give Joe and his staff to help you with your appliance needs.

The two gentlemen in there this morning were so welcoming, helpful, and made buying our new washer and dryer so easy. They asked what my price range was and what exactly we wanted and they made it happened for us. CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE! Fair price combined with outstanding service, professionalism, from an active contributor to our community. We purchased a refrigerator during the initial worrisome days of the Covid-19 pandemic when freezers were back-ordered and refrigerators in low stock. After researching availability on-line and "in-store" visits we stopped by Sears. Staff was knowledgeable and personable. They worked to find corporate discount and availability. The price included delivery and installation. We were updated via email and the refrigerator was delivered three days after purchase. Delivery was full service, to include installation. We highly recommend the Sears experience.
