Excellent service! Visited store and my wife found what she liked but they did not have her size in stock. They took our name and called when it arrived. Item was for my wife's birthday. I am very happy with the washer and dryer units Joe and Andrew helped me find. After a few questions, they knew just what I was looking for. They made it a really easy process. Delivery of the new units was on time, and they had no issues installing them. I would go back to them the next time I need anything. If you're shopping around, there's only one stop to make. Unbelievable, I ordered a pizza here last Sunday and they never delivered 🤬 When I initially called, I gave them the address and specifically told them we were on the dock behind the maritime museum. They asked for my phone number, which I gave them. It was to be delivered in about 20 minutes, which is normal, give or take. After 45 minutes I called them again. The guy on the phone was telling me they tried to deliver, but there was no one there, so I asked why didn’t they call. He tells me they did, which was not true. I never received a call. The address they tried to deliver to wasn’t the address I gave them either, it was the wrong address. We argued, I told him he was lying, cause I gave him the correct address, my phone number, there’s no excuse why they couldn’t deliver. I was starving at this point, so I ended up canceling the order. I ordered at domino’s and guess what, I got my pizza in 20 minutes, no problems. I hope they listen to my phone call. I hate liars. I will never ever order from this Pizza Hut. ~Golden

WORST….PHARMACY…EVER!! They do not answer the phones so your only choice is to drive there. I’ve been calling for 3 days to check on my family members prescription and no one picked up the phone. When we arrived, I sent my son in to pick up the meds. He was told it would be a 15-20 min wait. After that time had passed, he was told it would be an additional 30 min. So we decided to leave and pick up the next day. When I returned the next day, I was told the refill wasn’t in the system…what?!?! We were just told less than 24 hours earlier that it would have been ready in a matter of minutes!! How could it just not be there now?? Out of the 5 people who were in line, 3 of us were turned away for various reasons with only an I’m sorry. Another customer in front of me got a confirmation email that she could come in and be tested for COVID, and when she got to the help desk, she was turned away without any explanation as to why…she said she drove over an hour to get to the pharmacy…SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! ~Alex

Nasty employees with nasty attitudes!! Most of them don’t know what they doing and make mistakes and then blame customer!! Always a long line cause like I said nobody ever knows what they are doing!! Store always looks nasty!! I use to get a cup of ice everyday now I wouldn’t touch the ice machine!! Bad customer service!! Employees think they can cuss and run customers out the store as they please!! Women in the kitchen all up mens face but have a nasty attitude as soon as a woman walks up!! Poor management cause the employees run the store. Won’t be doing any service with them Beverage Depot will get my service from now on!!! ~Brittany

Their prices on merchandise inside the store do not reflect what you will be charged. I went in to purchase some milk. The price on all of their milk was $1.99 when I got round up they charge me $2.49 and when I asked they said the price was wrong. I win it a week later went back in the price still said $1.99 and they still charged me more. When I asked again he gave me lots of attitude and said he told me the price was wrong last week and it was still wrong. I will not be stopping by there Anymore. ~Christina

They constantly screw things up, don’t have stuff ready, ask you to come back or come inside. Last time they screwed up on two counts. I haven’t ever filled the generic version on one of my scripts due to issues with dosage and effectiveness of the generic. Filled name brand over a dozen times without issue until the last time where they screwed up. I’m done. I’d drive to Pawleys or Mount Pleasant before having another prescription filled here. ~J.

I'm glad they're here. Clean store, attendants are awesome, friendly, helpful and attentive! I'll shop here first and usually have everything in looking for, if they don't it's probably an unusual item. I'm a regular face here! Keep up the great work! ~Jenny
