I always get the best help at Robertson's Ace. It is surprising what all they carry. I went in for a can of paint and spacers to fix a other issue. Instantly, I had a couple of guys ready to help me. There, they don't just tell you the isle, they take you to it, show options and even offer to carry it if it is a bigger item. I didn't have a bigger item this time, but before leaving, I asked about carts for being the lawnmower I bought there last summer. After I paid for my small items and put them in the car, a nice gentleman met me outside at the carts. They had exactly what I needed! There was one left, and I had to take my car home and get my truck. He took the sticker off and told the ladies at the front desk that I would be back. I was right back to pay for it. It took them no time to load it into my truck. Perfect service! The price was below comparable carts I saw online when I was searching from home. Robertson's is my first choice every time I need something they carry. ~JM

Snotty associate's that were to busy spreading gossip to help. I had $80+ worth of clothes in my arms. Since I couldn't get any service I left with nothing. First and last time ever going to that store. ~Valerie

Aaron's have been calling me everyday trying to get me to come lease a laptop. So I finally decided to go check it out. The man working the desk was EXTREMELY rude, ignored me the first 2 times I spoke to him. Then told me he could help me as he sat there. Very unprofessional ~Bradley

Doctor called in prescriptions on a Tues; went in on Thursday and they only had 1 of the prescriptions ready, the other was on order and I could pick it up the next day. Called again on Monday to find out through their automated system that it was still on order. Called again to speak to pharmacy personnel and was told, quite rudely, that their deliveries come in on Friday and that's when I could pick it up. I pointed out that it was called in on Tuesday and this was now Monday and that it should've already been delivered. She told be to hang on and she would check again. When she got back on the line after a while, she said she could get it from another Walgreens and that I could pick it up the next day. Why couldn't they have done. that right away, I would have had my prescription on time? Wouldn't recommend. Very rude. ~Clark
