I have been a loyal customer of this chick-fil-a for the better part of a year. The service here is great!!! For the most part the employees here are very friendly and I trust them to get my order right every time. I am old fashioned to say the least. Now online orders skip the line while I get to wait in the drive thru line even longer. The service is not the problem!!! Letting people skip line just to recieve free products will push dedicated customers away. I am an insignificant 5 day a week customer that will now cook for myself. I will take my disposable income elsewhere.

Was slack on service today. Soup was not tasty, forgot to give my drink. The guy handing out food was not chic fil a nice. Seemed like he was just in a hurry to get you away from the window. Having a bad day I guess...But he will get right...They always nice!

You can't go wrong when you go to a Chick-fil-A. You get real chicken. The coffee is excellent. I tried to buy some online and it is exclusively made for Chick-fil-A. It may be a fast food chain but the food does not taste like it. Juicy chicken excellent sides great service.

Very disappointed. We order from this store very frequently and have it delivered. The past 2 days, our delivery has been missing something. Our orders are being left at the front desk of the hospital, and have been verified with the front desk staff that things are missing. Yesterday it was fries. Today it was a drink. For the amount we pay for delivery fees and the tips we always leave, someone should be triple checking the orders before they go out.

The ONLY bad chick fil a experiences I have ever had, have been at my local chick fil a right here in Laurens. Forgotten nuggets tonight and I’m tired from work and don’t feel like going back out. Rushed, weak customer service from the same cashier twice. The only fast food I eat is chick fil a because of the service, speed and friendliness. I wish my local one was of the same caliber as every other chick fil a I’ve visited.

This place cares about their workers. They were told to stay home during ill weather last week. On top of having one dedicated day off a week, it says something when a business looks out for their employees over making an extra buck. As for service, the food almost beat me to the table they were so quick. You ain't gonna find speed and efficiency like that at McDonald's. Great service, keep it up.

Always clean, courteous, and fast! The milkshakes are awesome, and their food is delicious. Read a review that mentioned the avocado like dressing. Tried it on the cool wrap. It's good, a little heavy on cilantro though. Love Chick-fil-A, never disappointed.

This place is kinda joke. I ordered on the app but my truck couldn't fit in the drive thru. So I got out and walked to the front door and it was locked so I walked around to the other door. I told the lady in the drive thru I was there to pick up and order and she told me to go back up front. Then someone call the cops from the restaurant. The cops rolled up and talk to me and I explained I was there to pick up an order. So basically this place sucks. Will not be returning EVER!!

Friendly staff & great food! The side salad with Avocado Ranch is a must try. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling through the area looking for a quick bite to eat.
