I have a very good evaluation of this store: My new iPhone13 pro cannot send text messages due to a problem with the Sim card. I spent a whole day in the Apple store, other at&t stores, and online with at&t and Apple technical support staff asked for help, but none of them were able to solve the problem. Finally, I came to this store and met the technician named Moice. It only took him two minutes to find the problem and solve the problem that no one else could solve. He deserves a lot of praise and heartfelt thanks!

I have been living in this area and a ATT customer for ten years. The service guys keep changing. The service from one guy working from last year was very rude and not professional. I don't believe those people who gave 5 stars, which should be given to perfect service.

I went into the store 2 months ago with my dad. Anamta Bari helped us enroll in a good family plan. He was kind and patient with us and answered our questions. I would recommend this local store. The customer service is good👍

Such wonderful customer service - lovely dealing with them today!!! Just an update to my recent review: my husband went back in yesterday with a slight issue with the product I had (no fault of the store, just something I needed help with). they were wonderful to him as well. I would recommend going to this store on Queens Boulevard to everyone who needs phone related assistance. my husband even said he might go there if he needs something in the future. thank you so much for being amazing, guys!!!

Great Customer Service!!! I came into the store seeking new phones for my family and I and the store manager Emma helped me do just that! She explained all the prices and plans that they had very thoroughly and helped me choose a plan that's right for me. This store is run so poorly, that if the owners saw this they would fire the Manager. If you pay in advance for a phone order, your given a date of pickup, given a receipt and then on your day of pickup you are told by the person who took your money "I dont know or remember you and no record of such"......wow!
