I love the place and would buy more there if they installed automatic doors. Trying to exit with a cart full through manually opening doors is very difficult.

Belk is becoming more of a shopping habit than in previous years. A shopping outlet that had been rarely known or used has been a go to when it comes to holiday dresses or clothes shopping for the kids as there is usually a close out sale, or clearance sale going on somewhere. Or it may just be the fact that I am getting older and belk had always been known as that older generation shopping experience, almost like Sears.

Wish there was more selection in women's department and prices are extremely high. Going to a mall in Roanoke is much cheaper

Would give 0 if I could. Some of the associates are great and would go out of their way to help you. Management however has switched hands and since then the store looks too crowded and junky like a goodwill or a thrift store people come to belk to get high quality and high end merchandise and its not being displayed as such. The clothes are all a mess signs are falling down and leaning over. The stuff is marked incorrectly most of the time the kitchen electrics and home sections look messy and unorganized it used to be a better store and looked better a year or more ago now its meh....

out of the fifteen associates on the floor and four customers, only one lady asked me if I needing any assistance, yet her department was clear across the storefront. I guess you have to wear a suit and tie to receive any help. I had $300 bucks worth in my pocket never again

Belk can't be beat for the best Ladies clothing in our area. The prices and selection is always good. And the employees are always happy to help you find what you need.

This store is huge with multiple fitting rooms and restrooms. Great selection of men's clothing and women's clothing, especially plus sized clothes. The ladies handbag selection is very limited but everything else is great.
