Favorite Starbucks. Fast, efficient, and very friendly. My online order is always ready when I come in despite many people ordering in person and drive thru. The staff always acknowledges me and seem to work very well with one another.

First I want to say I’m seriously in love with the costumer service I’ve been getting these past two days at two different Starbucks locations. I don’t know what they are doing but this time Cata was amazing she really loves what she does and has an amazing costumer service. Hope this gets to Starbucks headquarters because makes the hole Starbucks experience worth it. Thanks again Cata and keep your amazing personality high.

Last Sunday and today, I waited 10 minutes in drive thru and not one employee bothered to open or take my order. The schedule states you open at 6am but no one is opening up at that time.

I live in the neighborhood so I visit frequently the Point Royale location. I want to give an outstanding review on his Customer Service skills to Mikey. Mikey is always very charismatic, knowledgeable and productive on the drive thru. It is a great feeling as a customer when an employee recognizes you, greets you with enthusiasm and knows what your usual is. Thank You Micke!

The only good thing I can say about this location that it nice looking. Other then that the staff here isn't the professional. I need a place to focus to study for the finals so I ask the staff kindly if they could just lower the music just a little bit. Instead they raised the volume higher.

If I can give the Saturday night shift (04/23/22) zero stars I would! Mobile order at 9:10pm, 4 drinks, still no complete order at 9:34pm. With 5 folks running around like no one know what to do. 1 car in the window, zero folks waiting, staff members excuse is that they were "severely understaffed". Again 5 folks "working " one customer at the window, zero inside the store. After 24 min, they tell me they can't make one of my drinks. One staff member sarcastically screams, "Drive Safe". Asked for a refund on that 4th drink. Nothing was asked to remediate or substitute. Just awful. @Starbuck might want to shuffle some staff here.

They need to train these people better. I have been going all week getting the same thing and today on Saturday it taste NOTHING like the rest of the week. Literally just coffee and no pumpkin spice. Can they please be trained to make it the same!?! Also they don’t even fill it up 70% of the way. At least fill it up !! Every time I come try the Starbucks I am more disappointed! Came here again today mid October for a pumpkin spice latte. When the whip cream melts I don’t even have a medium size coffee. I have not even taken a sip of my coffee yet. Second picture is the one from today with whip cream still on it!! They should charge me for a small with this amount of coffee!

i love this starbucks, an amazing staff and perfect tempature. Not so cold like other Starbuck. But it is a shame that the tables, floor and restrooms are so dirty. No soap in the restrooms as well. Please clean it... That's not Starbucks quality

This place is great. It's does have a drive thru and a really nice one. It's as busy as every other starbucks, you can easily add this as part of your daily commute. The drive thru is also pretty high tech there's an screen that shows you exactly what you ordered and provide the price even before you get to the window.
