This is the only jewelry store we visit. It is a local business, and the quality and selection are just as broad as the more popular corporate jewelry stores. Let me take that back, the selection is better! There is more color, more varied price options, customization, a vintage section, and a highly experienced local jeweler on site. The staff is incredibly laid back and helpful, there is never any pressure. I have purchased the most beautiful and unique pieces here, and the prices are at least half of what you would pay at the mall. Highly recommend. For christmas, my son wanted to buy me jewelry. He is 11. The staff was incredibly helpful and they helped him pick something, wrapped it for him, and made it a very special and a fun experience for him. They made him feel like a grown-up. I can't see anything like that happening at a traditional jewelry store! The ring he chose for me is pictured!

It is rare to find an honest, professional, capable family jeweler in today's world. Achikian Goldsmiths is all these things. I have both purchased jewelry from Ken Achikian, as well as had many items repaired, over the past 10 years. I have worked with him to create new pieces, and to transform older jewelry into something new. Ken is conscientious, precise, and a gifted craftsman. I feel completely comfortable leaving valuable family heirlooms in his care for repairs or maintenance. You can 100% trust this family business.

I have made multiple trips to drop off a few seperate pieces to get repaired. They were honest and well priced. They are practicing excellent safety protocols. I plan to head back with another piece of jewelry to have them repair.

Ken and his wife are wonderful to work with. Whether it’s a small repair or a big custom creation they provide great service with a small town family owned feel. They created a gorgeous ring for me with stones I had from various family significant pieces at a very reasonable price.

If I could give more than 5 stars i would! I have been going to Achikian for 18 years. I started going there for repairs, but at times, while i waited, something in the cabinet would catch my eye. Then i would go back...needless to say, i will not buy my jewelry anywhere else. I have bought from the case and had custom designed pieces, to include my wedding ring. They are always so attentive, and always give me a heartfelt greeting when i enter. I have referred countless people to Achikian's, and they have all been satisfied.

To make a long story short Mr. Achikian made my picky fiancee so happy! She just adores her engagement ring, which he created from scratch (he is after all a Master Goldsmith, and when you are in the store you can actually see him working!) at a reasonable price. It was always a pleasure going to see Mr. Achikian and his staff because they were not stuffy like the staff you would find at the other jewelry stores (who would talk to you in a salesman/saleswoman kind-of way). In fact, Mr. Achikian has a very playful side to him that made you feel at-ease! If you want to have a very beautiful ring made from scratch and do it for a very affordable price I highly recommend going to see Achikian Goldsmiths!

I was recommended this place by another jeweler and unfortunately had a terrible experience here. The jeweler who is on site has a poor attitude and is a terrible representation of this company. I came in here on a bind; needed a 1mm gold ring made out of one of my bangles. Would’ve probably been a 30-minute job and cost about 20-25$. Not much. Bc it was such a small job; he “couldn’t take it”. Told me it would take 2-weeks and that if he did it now then all his orders wouldn’t finish in time. It wouldn’t have done any of that. You just didn’t want to take a $20 Job. But I would’ve gladly been a returning customer along w my family for our other pieces. We moved here from Cali and had the best jeweler over there. It hasn’t been easy finding a good one here. I went to Vienna jewelers and they helped me out within 30-minutes and my rings looks beautiful. Thanks for them. Wouldn’t recommend this place and I’d reccemond am hour /public relations update on their company.

Best jeweler I have ever been to. I had my engagement ring resized here and it fit perfectly. My fiancee and I also purchased our wedding bands from here. Mine was custom made and it turned out beautiful. They do an excellent job and really listen to what the customer wants and give them exactly what they ask for. The staff is also very friendly.
