Amazing wine, amazing pizza, amazing staff!!! What a wonderful experience we had at Branches winery today. Branches has become our favorite location to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and many holidays. Since the first time we stopped in for a tasting the owners and staff have been nothing short of incredible. It did not take long for them to feel like family. We look forward to many more relaxing afternoons at Branches.

I had friends from out of town come for a visit. Being proud of my hometown, I suggested we visit a couple wineries around Westby including Branches. However, I was totally embarrassed last Saturday by how my friends and I were treated during our visit to Branches. It was busy when we arrived, so we were prepared to be patient as we waited our turn. While waiting we witnessed several people be served that arrived AFTER us. When we were able to get a servers attention, we were asked to move down the bar to a smaller place on the bar for a tasting for our group of six people, but then another couple arrived and were immediately given the spot we were asked to vacant. The couple were immediately given sheets for the tasting. Before serving the couple, I mentioned to the server that we were ready. She proceeded to wait on the couple instead. This was ALL we could take and walked out!!! We would have purchased a case or more among us. I have worked customer service for years and this establishment needs to train their employees to be more aware to the needs of all customers. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

We visited a few wineries in a trip to LaCrosse and this was my favorite. At most Wisconsin wineries, I find there are some hits and some misses, but I enjoyed all of the wines I sampled at Branches. The grounds are beautiful and they have great customer service. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

We had a tasting of the sweet wines, they were amazing! The wood fired pizza was cooked to perfection and the cheese plate was large and delicious! Could use a little more wine inspired shopping but overall a amazing experience!

Wine, food, and service are excellent. Highly recommend stopping by for samples and some wood-fired pizza!

What a pleasant surprise! So close to La Crosse and stunning scenic drive. Great selection of wines and appetizers. Their wood-fired pizzas are delicious! Great staff! Nice seating with view on the vineyard. Great place for friends get together, date or family outing!
