As a person who doesn't know anything of rings I relied on what the consultants had to say. Two of their consultants allowed me to purchase a ring that's a whole ring size above my actual ring size and misinformed my purchase decision through fluttery words like "It fits perfectly" or "It's a match!" Couple weeks later, when I came back to the store to pickup my ring after I had it engraved and found out my ring size was incorrect, they had the audacity to insist me to purchase their insurance program without fixing it. The ring I bought was a size 11 but I later had it resized at Henderson & Co Jewelers. Don't waste your money here. They're losing market share to Etsy, so they are desperate to sell goods no matter at what. Get a ring through Etsy where rings are at better values or a local jewelry store, Henderson & CO Jewelers.
